Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Chelsea Savoy Hotel

Our stay was OK. The Savoy is located in very strategic place in the middle of Chelsea. We went for a walk at tge High Line, Chelsea Market and the best starbuck shop next to it. Plenty restaurants nearby. We had breakfast which offered ONLY basic bagel, and muffin, coffee and teas. Eventhough it is in busy location, we had pretty quiet room. The only thing that making noise was the AC. Room is dated but clean. Also I believe there is underground to explore the city. Receptionist should be more helpful to guide guests...which on this case no one gave any helps.

The hotel was in a great location. 15 mins walk to Times Square. Subway at end of block. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean towels every day. Muffins bagels for breakfast tea coffee also available. Would have been even better if we could have got decaf coffee.

Hotel was a bit run down and we never ate the breakfast as it was just muffins and pastries but the rooms were a great size for New York. The area was very noisy at night time.

Couldn't check in even ten minutes early. Staff seemed to be scrambling to get rooms ready. Lots of people were waiting. Windows did not block sound from outside like at other hotels. Curtains did not close all the way to block light at night; in fact, the tracks they were on had a three foot gap in the middle, so there was no possibility of them closing. Bed was mediocre, pillows were pancakes, and the room clearly had not been updated in decades. Cigarette burns on floor and furniture, rotten wood under the fridge, paint on the curtains, extremely loose toilet seat, which was a hell of a ride. Zero personality in the decor. Disappointing considering being in the Chelsea neighborhood. Won't stay again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the city center.

Very noisy, no safe, limited breakfast

O hotel está em uma otima localização, próximo a metrô, farmácias, mercados e lojas. O quarto não tinha janela anti ruido e o barulho a noite é intenso. No quarto havia um frigobar. O café da manhã todos os dias eram as mesmas coisas, não aprovamos, mas pela localizao valeu a pena, já que saiamos de manha e voltávamos a noite

We stay at Chelsea very often- rooms are spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Great coffee, muffins and bagels every morning. For summer travelers- air conditioners are great and definitely will cool you off. Every room has a refrigerator-not many hotels in NYC provide them. Very convenient-many trains nearby-restaurants and grocery stores, walking distance to many tourist attractions. Best choice for your NYC trip.

Close to everywhere, walk a cross is subway to liberty statue, so easy

It was close to subway. There is a lack of outlets in our room and those that were there are very worn so anything plugged in would fall out. More and better outlets.

Hotel carinissimo, pulito, ottima posizione!

Super séjour, l'hotel est vraiment top et bien localisé pour un séjour à NY.

Great location, clean, great water pressure, friendly staff. Unfortunately, our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great experience.

Das Hotel lag mega günstig in Manhattan im Stadtteil Chelsea. 3 Subway-Zugänge waren fußläufig innerhalb von 1-2 Blocks zu erreichen, darunter auch zur Express-Linie zur JFK-Air Train Station Jamaica. Auch zum Times Square war es mit der Subway nicht weit, ein Target war ebenfalls fußläufig gleich in der Nähe, sowie einige Fast-Food-Läden. Auch wenn die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war alles vorhanden, was man benötigte und für New Yorker Verhältnisse war das Zimmer riesig. Genug Platz für Koffer, auch dank Wandschrank. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank zum Kühlen/Lagern von Getränken ist auch verhanden, sowie eine Klimaanlage, die jedoch etwas laut war, aber seinen Zweck wunderbar erfüllte. Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass die Fenster sehr dünn sind, wodurch man den Lärm der vielbefahrenen Straße sehr gut hören konnte. Man ist halt mitten in Manhattan und diese Stadt schläft nie -> mein Tipp daher: Ohropax mitnehmen! Das Ein- und Auschecken hat auch wunderbar geklappt, die Leute an der Rezeption waren immer sehr freundlich. Für einen Städtetrip zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat und wirklich nur zum Schlafen im Hotel ist.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Manhattan und eine super Anbindung an die Subway.

Amerikanisches Frühstück mit großer Auswahl an Muffins und Beagels. Leider Pappteller, - becher, Plastikbesteck. Klimaanlage war sehr laut.
