Excellent layout in room. Separate shower area

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Lasorda & you can tell that this hotel is well loved by the travel ball industry. I've stayed at far nicer Springhills (which is why I chose this chain over the Hampton Inn). It looks like it was an older location that got a cheap reno that's already showing wear and tear. Our couch had bleach stains all over it, the table legs were rusted, the baseboards were cracked and peeling, the curtain was torn & the gaudy leather headboards on the wall were dirty. It was fine for a Wednesday night but the $400+ rates they charge for the weekend is atrocious.

The room had a malfunctioning fridge in which resulted in a loss of food that we had with us for a sports tournament. Asked for a replacement but wasn’t replaced. No ice machines. Not much around in the form of restaurants.

It’s easy to find and close to where I need to be.

It was a very pleasant stay.

The bathroom is poorly designed and equipped. There is no place to hang more than one towel, for instance. The building is old and not well maintained.

. Not sure how this is an Expedia VIP hotel. Didn't receive anything. Hotel is pretty worn, but the pickings are slim in this part of Long Island.

The furniture was soiled, bathroom toilet broken. Very disappointed as I have stayed many times vefore

I stayed there for seven days. They never came to clean my room and I didn’t have a door tag on. I had to go down to get my own towels. Every ice machine is broken so you can’t get ice at the floor you’ve gotta go all the way to the front desk for them to dig it out of a cooler in the back and give it to you. Elevator broke when I was there a lot of disappointing things. I definitely won’t be back to that one.

Very friendly. Clean but small room. Nice lobby. The breakfast buffet could have served additional fruit other than apples and bananas but that’s being petty. All in all, very nice.

Große Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, lediglich etwas hellhörig. Frühstück OK, etwas mehr Auswahl wäre schön gewesen. Sonst ruhige Gegend.

Great staff- very welcoming

Very nice hotel. Quick easy check in. Clean rooms. Top notch breakfast. I appreciate that the washers and dryers were full size. Often hotels will have the smallest ones imaginable. Lots of food options nearby. The only complaint I have is that the parking lot is FULL of potholes.

Great room and very clean - excellent amenities

Check in staff really inviting and helpful. Room was super. Side note sofa a bit worn and stained other than that super.

I loved the front desk employees! Travis made us feel like family members, it was a family vacation and continued when we went back to the hotel! Will definitely stay there again, especially if Travis is there!

The toilet did not work properly, microwave did not work. Bed were very nice
