All good

The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because everytime I come here there's always an issue with the deposit. Last time they took the full £150 and never refunded it despite there being no damage. This time they charged from our deposit even though we paid all our food & drink bills in full at time of purchase. On both occasions we still haven't gotten the money back despite calling and emailing several times. It's a shame if it wasn't for this everything else was great, the menu is amazing the restaurant staff are lovely and our room was clean and comfortable.

well maintained, staff were courteous and good help, rooms where modern and spacious , very nice hotel close to the venue we were attending.

The hotel was beautiful with a nice large room and great value for money. Staff also really helpful unprofessional.

Had a very relaxing time here after my flight. Booked a suite and it was very comfortable and spacious. The tea and coffee facilities were above par. The access to the spa was much needed. The pool was great and the sauna and steam room very relaxing. Dinner options are a little overpriced but thats to be expected. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff were all very profesional and courteous. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed here more than once as a couple and the stay has always been great. This time we went on Valentines and it was very busy (bear in mind for the review) The highlights are the room, the food from the restaurant downstairs (especially breakfast) and the facilities nearby (Cinema and Restaurants less than 5 minutes). The downsides are the parking is underground and convenient but there aren’t many spaces and the ones that are there are very tight. The pool was also extremely busy last we were there. I can’t speak to the treatments as they were all booked up. Overall it was very positive and would stay again albeit when it is less busy next time

There is nothing for kids in the property, even pool is not allowed. As there was no guard. Even though property is advertised as kids friendly. I would have choose other property if i would knew that there is nothing for kids

The room was excellent, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was first rate. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Can we just make special mention of maitre D Marco? He was so professional and overall just great at his job, a real credit to the hotel.

A really pleasant stay at the property with the family. Breakfast menu was extensive and impressive. Service was very good.

Good hotel with parking for stay near Reading & Heathrow

Room service was delivered in a hot trolley. No warning was given that the shelves and plates were red hot and I burnt my when trying to remove the food from the shelves. This resulted in my spilling food on the floor which was wasted. I was then charged £125 for carpet cleaning despite the problem being caused by the hot trolley. Very dissapointing that I didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience of burning my hand, never mind being charged for it. Beware..

Great hotel and very quiet location. Came in to clear my head and prepare for 2025. The facility was clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room was superb. The pool was clean but a bit cold when I visited.

Hotel has everything needed, our stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and inviting. Ample Parking, and delicious food at restaurant. Only small thing I would request the hotel to have at least 1 US plug or adapter for visitors. All other hotels had some sort of arrangement like USB C charging etc.

All of the above, plus great pool, sauna, etc. Lovely staff, very clean
