The WiFi broke and it didn’t work half the stay. Also there is no air conditioner

Good hotel, but far from town. Does NOT have a ski room. The walk to the ski lift is quite far after they drop you off in town. Then you have to take 2 ski lifts up. You can’t even ski in after, there’s lots of stairs etc to go back. Its really inconvenient if you plan on skiing a lot. I suggest you stay in Mt Arbois.

Beautiful hotel and amazing service. The restaurant (bistrot, not the “Table”) is the same quality as its Michelin star sister restaurant but cheaper and more relaxed. Would come again.

Très bel hôtel en dehors du centre. Une superbe vue sur les montagnes. Ambiance estivale de qualité tout en étant détendue. Chambres très bien équipées. Notre séjour fut très court mais nous a donné envie de revenir !

Magnifique, matériaux authentiques et hautes qualité. Emplacement à 20 mins à pied du village mais service de voiturier disponible. Très belle expérience. Piscine un peu petite. Check out un peu long.

What a spectacular property! The property itself was incredibly beautiful and serene. But it was the staff that really made our stay special…nothing was too much effort. They all went above and beyond many times over our 7 day stay. We will be back!!

En retrait et proche du centre ville de Megève, l'ensemble des petits chalets de l'Alpaga offre un cadre idyllique pour passer un séjour au calme sous l'attention bienveillante du personnel.

Alpaga is a nice small hotel but does not hit the 5 star rating it has been given in my opinion, It is well out of town and their shuttle system is slow and requires a phone call through a call centre and a redirection. The service made us late a few times during our stray. Our room (62) was very small for a ski trip with a tiny bathroom which had a freezing cold slate floor - freezing in the mornings.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with fantastic service and outstanding food. We have stayed in many good five star hotels around the world but the breakfast here was defintely on our top five of all times. Had a very pleasant experience at check in with a very serviceminded and helpful young receptionist (who happened to have studied a trimester in Denmark). Through out a true five star experience
