During our recent trip to Italy, we changed our original plan to visit Florence and decided to find a place in Tuscany where we could just relax for the final four nights of our journey. We were lucky to find availability at Il Falconiere, and our stay there more exceeded our expectations.

Tudo muito bonito, café da manhã incrível. Experiência em restaurante Michelin muito boa, vale a pena. Mas o mais incrível foi a aula de culinária Com a chef Silvia. onto alto e valeu cada centavo, apesar de ser muito caro faria novamente.

Ótimo hotel muito lindo! Tudo esteva maravilhoso a equipe sempre solicita e gentil. O restaurante os pratos estavam gostosos, mas eu esperávamos mais devido a ser um restaurante com estrela Michelin. Os preços do restaurante também são bem altos mas como já disse por ser estrelado está na média mundial. Café da manhã divino!!

Sensationelles 5 Sterne Hotel mit Micheline Küche. Atemberaubende Aussicht. Nur zu empfehlen.

What an incredible stay at Il Falconiere! Exceptional service and unforgettable experiences — from Silvia Baracchi’s amazing cooking class to an unbelievable dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Breakfast in the glass room overlooking the Tuscan hills was pure magic. We loved wandering through Cortona — charming streets, fantastic restaurants, and surprisingly great shopping. Already dreaming of our next visit!

Hotel maravilhoso para descanso e para curtir a natureza

The propriety is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable large pool area. Breakfast and lunch options are delicious. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The only problem I experienced was both adjacent rooms were smokers and did so on their patios. We couldn’t enjoy our patio or leave our do open while they were doing so. The property has a health spa and other wellbeing activities, but allows smoking on the property. I would consider this next time.

Fomos muito bem atendidos. Tudo perfeito, tivemos que fazer check in as 3:00 da manhã e foram muito receptivos, com atendimento excepcional. Restaurante excelente e atendimento ótimo.

Bom hotel, mas esperava mais por ser um Relais Châteaux! Jantamos no restaurante estrelado do hotel, foi bom.

Perfect stay! Couldn’t recommend more highly

Ac didn’t work in the room. Charged me wrong rate at checkout took me half hour of arguing to fix it. Doors to bathroom in room wouldn’t close. Grounds nothing special. Really disappointed.

Very pretty property and amenities

The hotel itself was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The service stood out as exceptional: staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We dined at the Michelin-starred restaurant and opted for the Tuscan tasting menu. While the presentation was elegant and the ingredients clearly fresh, the overall experience felt underwhelming. The dishes lacked the complexity, depth, or wow factor one might expect from a Michelin-level experience. Flavors were mild and not particularly memorable — it felt more like a standard fine-dining meal than a standout culinary experience. Service in the restaurant remained attentive and professional, but the food didn’t quite live up to the reputation.
