Por la noche cierran la recepción y te dan un cod para que accedas al local, no habiendo ningún responsable en caso de urgencia o necesidad. Pido mi factura por la estancia y no la dan al haber contratado con una operadora. La operadora solo puede emitir un justificante, pero no la factura.

La habitación muy bonita y cómoda. El personal muy agradable y el servicio estupendo.

Sparsam. Hade önskat något mer än bara bröd. Incheckningspersonalen var helt ointresserad av att hjälpa till. Hotellet utlovade parkering vilket inte kunde ordnas. Fick släpa väskor uppför stenlagda gator. Svårt att prata eftersom hon inte kunde ett ord annat än spanska. Vårt rum saknade fönster ut . Endast ett in mot hotellkorridoren.

Excellently situated in the center of Carmona

Quirky very old property in the heart of this ancient town. Individual well appointed rooms in this lovely old building. Very good continental breakfast. No dedicated parking but safe public parking nearby. Reception closed from 2- 4.00 pm but given instructions for access for early check-in and key for the room.

Lovely old palacio in the middle of old Carmona. Quiet apart from the bells occasionally. Lovely patio areas. Buffet breakfast very adequate with fresh bread and topping options. Friendly efficient service. Very good value.

Can not fault the accommodation. Room suited our needs. Hotel location was superb for exploring the town and surrounding areas

Beautiful hotel. I had self check in and the entrance was cluttered...at first I had difficulty figuring out where and which door I was supposed to use to enter the hotel. Luckily with prior communication through WhatsApp, I re-examine the photo and finally figured it out. The hotel is gorgeous. Decor, quiet, beautiful location. I parked and had to walk about 10 minutes back to the hotel. Lots of unusual signage on the streets about parking... Proceed with caution.

It was a beautiful building but the staff didn’t speak English! Even a word that made it difficult to communicate

El personal muy majo. La habitación bien, salvo que no habia nevera ni secador.

Hotel con mucho encanto. Lo unico que no me gustó es la falta de intimidad del baño, al no estar completamente cerrado de la habitación. El videt está encajonado y no se puede utilizar.
