海岸から少し距離があり、坂を登らなければホテルに帰れなかったのがつらかった。部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったのが困った。

was looking forward to our stay in Albena, as we have stayed in this resort before but not at this hotel We were not impressed, no lift 4 flights of stairs and a disabled guest they were informed about. Different tariffs for guests from b&b to ultra inclusive, wrist bands for food and drink for inclusive guests, bands checked in buffet food hall. Current scam 1 couple inclusive wrist band rest party b&b, couple with bands went for all food and drinks at bars and snack bar so all party fed to capacity, we joined a queue for sandwich and pizza, lady in front took all 8 sandwiches in her bag, then 2 plates of pizza same lady returned for icecream 3times while we waited for fresh pizza to be brought out. In dinning room bottles were being filled from vending machines, bread and fruit into handbags, no wonder food was of a basic quality. Will be returning to Albena but not this hotel.

Нам отель очень понравился! Обслуживание, отношение персонала - всё супер! Жили с собаками. доп сборов - нет! Ресторан - в соседнем отеле (всё включено ) - приличный, но в час пик может не хватить тарелок и хотелось разнообразия горячего меню. В номере - нет холодильника, можно взять в аренду, но он нам не потребовался! т.к. фрукты (арбузы, дыни. персики сливы и т. д.) в ресторане всегда в неограниченном количестве! Территория - очень зелёная, красивые клумбы. Рядом с отелем нет шума и дискотек! До моря пешком далековато, но есть шатл - очень удобно и бесплатно. А тем кто хочет сбросить вес - можно пешочком по лестницам. В общем - всё понравилось!.
