Central location and just a short walk from the train station. The breakfast spread was fantastic and the staff super helpful and friendly. The hallway carpets need changing desperately.

Limited low quality dining in hotel vicinity off-set by excellent breakfast buffet. Norway dining is ridiculously expensive and the quality is mediocre. This is not a as a doc Grensn problem.

Two members of the staff, Iranian man and a young woman originally from Northern Norway were awesome. They made me feel like home. Don't ever lose them.

The staff were very friendly and accomodated an early check in, which was really appreciated, the room was spacious and clean (room 618)& the hotel offered a wonderful breakfast. Quite centrally located only 2 or 3 stops from central station & the tram stops right outside so easy to around however street view rooms do experience street noise but nothing which had any signifant effect on my stay.

Great location. Good breakfast. The hotel is lacking a lobby social space. Rooms are compact and efficient with under bed storage. Only one chair. Considerable street noise so not suitable for a light sleeper. Carpets in the hallway and the room are absolutely disgusting with stains and the appearance of being filthy. We were able to move to a room with parquet flooring and it was clean. Front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating.

Hotel war sehr gut. Geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und top Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und auch für Veganer gab es viel Auswahl. Aufgrund des frühen Rückflugs wurde ein Lunchpaket zur Verfügung gestellt. Einiger Nachteil: Belüftung/Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte nichts individuell eingestellt werden.

Location central to most city highlights and transport was accessible

The hotel was disappointing. We have stayed at other Scandic properties and this was not the same. The carpet in the hallways and room was very dirty. The doors to the hotel room were hard to open. No floor towel in the bathroom made it slippery. Breakfast was ok but the room was overflowing. I would not stay here again and don't think it should be 4 stars.

Prima hotel, maar onze kamer had geen stoelen om op te zitten. Er was ook geen lobby om te zitten.
