Mangers a bit rude , not very welcoming but a good place to stay

Basic motel with a small kitchen. Close to tourist attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, all beds were comfy and it was very homely! The spa was beautiful and clean, it topped our stay off. We will definitely be back!

Room was large and clean. It had a small kitchenette with microwave. A few minutes drive to city centre and other attractions. Ideal stay for a few days. Some traffic noise during the day but seemed quiet at night.

Personnel accueillant et rapide. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Petite odeur de souffre provenant des sources. Fenêtres sans moustiquaire. Quartier tranquille avec autres motels qui semblent abandonnés. À côté d’un arrêt d’autobus menant au centre-ville ou 20 minutes à pied. Épicerie Woolworth à quelques coins de rue. Recommandable.

Room was very spacious and the bathtub was great

It was a well-located property, and the GPS instructions are beneficial due to one-way streets. It was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Milk was left for tea, as well.

Great stay, nice and quiet despite being off a main road. Location close to CBD. Loved the spa bath. Would definitely stay again.

Place is clean,and well located Mattress maybe needs to be changed but room is spacious

Hotel was okay, but with stains on carpet and in bathtub. Would not stay here again.

I liked the hotel as it felt comfy paired with this atmosphere of excellent cleanliness. My partner felt the same way. 10/10 would stay here again if I'm in Rotorua
