This was the perfect choice for our stay in Hervey bay. Close to the trips and pickup points. The room or should I say apartment was perfect for us. We managed to do all our laundry and get it dry on our last evening. We checked out and sat around the pool whilst waiting for our airport transfer and had a cheeky last dip. We also had a breakfast on our last day and this was brilliant. We filled up for the day and the choice was great. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Ramada Encore, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in. Room was clean, amenities easily assessed and well taken care off. Only bad thing about our stay was it didn’t last longer! My kids especially loved the pool and spa area.

Das Apartment ist erneut Teil einer Anlage, in der auch Leute fest wohnen. Das Apartment 45 lag im 1. OG, nicht barrierefrei. Es war alles in der großen Küche vorhanden was man braucht. Insgesamt 6 Betten (1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten und eine Schlafcouch, jeweiils in getrennten Räumen), allerdings nur 1 Bad, dies aber mit 2 Türen, was bei 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vielleicht noch funktioniert, bei vier Erwachsenen aber durchaus für Probleme sorgen könnte. Die Möbel waren aufeinander abgestimmt, kein wildes Zusammengewürfel. Insgesamt 3 Fernseher. Alles sehr sauber. Der Balkon geht zum schön gestalteten Innenbereich mit Pool raus. Carport vorhanden.

Very disappointed. Hope this place because it had a pool and a spa. Nowhere on the website or booking conditions or any email did they inform me that the pool and spa are currently under renovations made disappointing trip particularly book this place for the extra large size pool.. Unit was perfectly spacious. Did have any internal laundry which was great after travelling for quite a few days units a little out of town about a 20 minute walk to town close to Marina and cafes though. Would’ve appreciated a heads up for some sort of communication regarding the pool be closed and even an offset of some sort of credit towards the booking.

Family friendly with a quiet atmosphere. Our room needed some maintenance in the bathroom but other than that clean and comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

Great pool. 2 bedroom suite tired. Worn couches. Stained carpets. Dishwasher broken. Great location. Quiet. Only issued one set of keys which is challenging for a family.

great place to stay, staff very friendly and you can use both of the site facilities. the undercover parking was great for the wet weather, room was good and stay was good.

Booked 2 bedroom suite and both didn't had aircon and it was not mentioned in room description.

Enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed the pool.
