Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed when we got there on the Thursday aircon was hot

A nice place to stay

Great pool. 2 bedroom suite tired. Worn couches. Stained carpets. Dishwasher broken. Great location. Quiet. Only issued one set of keys which is challenging for a family.

great place to stay, staff very friendly and you can use both of the site facilities. the undercover parking was great for the wet weather, room was good and stay was good.

Booked 2 bedroom suite and both didn't had aircon and it was not mentioned in room description.

Enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful, well maintained property with resort feel

Overall the place was good, had my own carport space to park under which is great. Apartment was a decent size. Only thing I’ll fault is the cleaning. My toilet wasn’t cleaned. The was 💩 on the side and it needed a good scrub. I had to go out and get something from Woolies to clean it. When you’ve done a long drive the last thing you want to do is clean the toilet in your room you’re paying good money to stay in…

Got a upgrade to a three bedroom townhouse. Was great having such a big apartment. Nice place to stay.

Room was very clean and very comfortable. Great location close to Marina, Boat Club and a couple of restaurants.

Stayed for 3 nights in a really nice apartment with individual touches , nice furnishings the only down side was the shower. It was over a small bath that was not very wide making it awkward to wash properly. If the bath/shower was replaced with a walk in unit the Apartment would tick all the boxes.

Our 2br unit was fantastic. Was really well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Would definately stay here again. Loved thw ping pong table and pool/bbq area too.

The first apartment they put us in had a shower over bath. This is not acceptable because of my medical conditions and they did assure us that we had a walk in shower. They put us in another apartment which was quite good. Then we had to move to another suite for the last night so most of our last day was moving to another building.

Some of the lamps didn’t work - bulbs blown?? Shower over bath- not easy for older people.

Front of house staff were excellent. And went out of their way to assist, choosing the right room for me, plus assistance with IT things. Will go and stay there again

Townhouse at Ramada Whale Cove was adequate for our stay. Didn't like the fact though that garage entrance door and main timber entrance door don't have any insect screening into home and not sealed well to prevent cockroachs entering the living spaces. We had the buffet breakfast offered at Smokey Joes, it was dissapointing to us adults, kids didn't notice with their basic breakfast choosing. Pastries were undercooked, chewy and tasteless, bacon wasn't cooked well. Pancakes flat and flavourless. More like a flat crepe in texture. The one and only poached egg left in the container for myself at the time was cold but cooked well. Overall very average for what we expected from the Ramada. Family was dissapointed also that the children couldn't ride their small bikes inside the property grounds near our townhouse. Wouldn't stay at Whale Cove again as not very family friendly and basic overall.

Unfortunately property was not very clean and had dirty towels left in a room. Pool was not heated although stated it would be. Location was good.

A safe and spacious townhouse with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable beds and lounge. Supplies and utensils are basic. Guests should bringing their own detergents and toiletries.

En fantastisk lägenhet, alldeles för kort att bara bo två nätter i! Stort och rymligt, sköna sängar. Ingen ac i lilla sovrummet men takfläkt. Mycket bra val visade det sig!
