The staff are very warm and welcoming. They made us feel really well looked after and seemed to really care that we had everything we needed. Exceptional service. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and once in the room, it was spacious and comfortable. But The hotel is in a really convenient area - a couple of minutes’ walk from the Eurostar terminal and just ten minutes’ walk to the historic centre.

Beautiful modern rooms that are very clean and well equipped. The staff is absolutely the best, efficient and very friendly. The hotel is steps from the two train stations and a short walk to the City center. If you are in Lille, stay here.

All the huge customer-oriented and therefore promising emails in advance did not make them happen at check-in. Disinterested and detached. Why do they ask in advance the reason for my stay, if they don’t come back to it at check-in? Why do we have contact in advance about electric charging, when they don’t come back to that when checking in?

Très bon établissement, très calme, décoration moderne et chaleureuse, très bon petit-déjeuner, plein de petites attentions du personnel, à 15 minutes à pieds du centre.

Great for somewhere to stop by the Eurostar Station.

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel pour profiter de la grande braderie de Lille. Toujours un très bon acceuil, le personnel s’est occupé de garer ma voiture et la livrer devant la porte pour nos déplacements, c’est très agréable. La chambre est confortable avec une excellente literie. D’ailleurs une personne de la réception nous a même communiqué les réf de l’ensemble de la literie, j’ai pu passer commande un article une fois rentré chez nous. C’est un hôtel de très bon standing,

We have stayed at the hotel numerous times and every stay has been great. Rooms are always immaculately clean, staff are top notch, friendly and very helpful. I must say the hotel staff are absolutely great. Hotel is just across the road from Eurolille station and a very short walk from the grand square. Their restaurants and bars are also extremely good.

We did book this hotel on the eleventh hour due to o booking error that we made in the original place that we were supposed to be staying. The reception staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful from check in to checkout. The rooms are extremely comfortable, a large size, good climate, very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was very clean, stocked well with a supersized bath tub and fabulous rainfall shower. (I was torn between bath or shower but managed to enjoy both during my stay) The tv also had English channels which in our eye was a bonus. I highly recommend staying for breakfast, the food is delicious which a huge choice of continental dishes as well as hot and cold buffet items for American and British tastes I do recommend visiting the bar, very professional bar tenders, and managed to while away the time in our final hours here. High recommended

Sejour de 5 nuits hotel remarquable a tout point de vue . Personnel serviable, aimable, tout a votre service, souriant et il y a un voiturier qui prend en charge vos bagages et votre voiture des votre arrivée et monte vos bagages en chambre la voiture est dans un parking fermé donc bien en sécurité, tout etait parfait
