It was a decent hotel - I would have expected more for the “star” hotel it was. Just had a standard hotel feel to it. Lobby, room, staff. Night staff Paul, however was a welcoming host. Same with the Valet.

Séjour très agréable, à refaire dès que l'occasion se présentera. Tout était parfait, le personnel était à l'écoute, les services proposés répondaient à nos attentes.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens dans cet hôtel et j’adore. La suite junior était très spacieuse et confortable. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner malgré un service un peu moins bon mais des gens très serviable et aimable. J’ai vraiment apprécié ce séjour.

Standard of Hôtel was to next level. Excellent amenities. Very close to Eurostar train station of Lille France. Nice 15 mins walk to old town & Grand place. From our point nothing was missing in our room. Top notch hotel with great luxury feeling.

The hotel was great. We arrived at 11.45am although checkin is at 3pm. Our room wasn't ready but they called me at 1pm when it was- this was convenient. The room itself was nice and spacious with bathrobes and slippers included and a nice bathroom. They provided free water bottles in the room and we could ask for more whenever we needed for free. Free umbrellas were also available at reception to borrow, as were power banks to charge your phone. Any issues we had (eg TV not working, flush not working) were promptly resolved. Loved this hotel, would stay again.

Rooms are good, but this is far from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was terrible by all standards, and definitely not worth the price.
