Flott og familievennlig hotell!

Hotellet ser fint ut ved første øyekast, men mye fungerer svært dårlig. Rommet/leiligheten var fuktig, og renholdet var ikke bra. Fellesområdene er alt for små i forhold til antall gjester på hotellet. Å få tak i solsenger er en krig. Dette er et utpreget charter-hotell. Hovedbassenget var så overbefolket at det føltes utrygt å bade der. Det andre bassenget et såkalt «stille pool» hadde få solsenger men var bedre å ligge ved enn hovedbassenget. Buffettestauranten var kaotisk. Fryktelig lydnivå, og de hadde plassert scenen for underholdning i enden av området ute noe som medførte at 45 minutter før buffeten stengte ble bordet vårt omringet av barn og voksne som var ferdige med sin middag mens vi fortsatt satt og spiste. De ansatte ryddet og fylte på buffeten uten hensyn for gjestene, vi opplevde flere ganger å bli skjøvet til side for at de ansatte skulle frem. Opplevde også at de ansatte var uforskammet, de forsynte seg av buffeten med hendene under serveringen eller brukte brus og vanndispensere mens gjestene sto og forsynte seg. Hotellet valgte også å stenge fotballbanen som var det eneste alternativet for de over 12 år i tre dager for å ha et minitovoli som kostet 10€ for 30 min. Lite tilbud for 12-17 åringer. Baren var liten og støyete og heller ikke dimensjonert for antall gjester. Det eneste som virkelig var ok var Eden Cafe som serverer drinker og snacks ved bassenget. Vi reiste med en person med cøliaki og tilbudet var svært begrenset.

There a lot of minor kids I wouldn't book for an adults only trip.

Really enjoyed our stay. Found all the staff through out the resort super friendly and helpful. Travelled with my young family and appreciated the stair gates in the villa and the quality mattress in the baby travel cot.

Nossa hospedagem foi um apartamento com dois quartos, copa e sala para quatro adultos e uma criança, bem espaçoso, bons chuveiros e banheiros, espaço externo bem conservado e boas piscinas para adulto e infantil. Alimentação com variedades, no café da manhã, almoço e janta.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this resort. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there were plenty of activities

Helt ok hotell under lågsäsong. Rent, trevlig personal och inomhuspool. Bil behövs för att nå mer intressanta platser. Maten (buffé) helt ok, inte den bästa vi ätit - ok i förhållande till pris.

We stayed in a two bedroom villa and it was spacious and well cleaned. There is nice patio on the ground floor with a small table and two lounge chairs. Also visited the indoor pool. You have to have a swimming cap to go in the pool. They sell them for 5 Euros or you can buy the a the local Decathlon for 1.50 Euros. There is a grocery store 1 minute away. The people were wonderful and accommodating. We will be back!

This is the second time I have stayed here. And I love it. The 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, sitting room and full kitchen really work for us. The transport from the airport was about 25min. Check in was easy but room not available until 3pm. We were still allowed to use facilities and our AI bands worked. Plus points + Room layout Staff Cleanliness Resort Door key on wrist band Daytime entertainment Needs to be improved - Double check screws on all sunbeds around pool. It broke & I really hurt myself. Evening Entertainment Volume of music/microphone around pool to loud. Soft serve ice cream (kids pool) looks nothing like the pictures. Horrible fake taste and really small portions. When having a shower it can take a while for the water to drain away. Booked whole package trip through Expedia but the transfer to/from the hotel caused to much grief.

Sehr große und geräumige moderne Unterkunft. Wir hatten eine Vila mit 3 Schlafzimmern und privatem Pool. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und das Essen ist auch spitze. Kann die Hotel Anlage nur empfehlen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

The room had an ant infestation and horrible smell of chemicals. Overall facilities were very old and not well kept. Staff tried but the management here needs to improve facilities and provide tools to maintain property

Caters for family's of all ages. can choose what board you want as they offer all inclusive, half board or full board. Nice big kitchen in Villas and Apartments with all amenities if you wish to cook yourself. Very clean and nice views around the property. Food was very nice in the restaurant. Good to have an adult pool to getaway from the kids.

Eden Villas was a perfectly pleasant stay for our family. The 2 bed villa was perfect for our needs and very spacious. We were all inclusive but there was a good kitchen should you wish to cook. The main pool was refreshing although a little small for the size of resort. It got very busy. Very much aimed at families but definitely for those 10 and under. Not much, if anything for teens. Did have to get up relatively early to get a sunbed. They say they can only be saved for 30 mins max but I only saw towels removed once (that I saw). Food and drink are as expected at this level of All Inclusive - whilst different dishes are on offer and in plentiful supply, it all felt very repetitive after a few days. Nice a la.carte that you can book once (but no choice, set menu). Shuttle bus to beach is OK, but the Eden area is a bit of a trek from drop off and the sea there is very seaweedy. Better to go to the Old Town and go to the beach there. Shuttle bus is very much needed as resort is far from anything really. Am sure you could walk but tough in August heat. Taxis are cheap though. But don't expect to pop out to a local bar. Onsite shop is limited and open 9-6. Entertainment was enthusiastic - not much for teens as I say. All in all a perfectly decent holiday. Just a few things to be aware of surrounding location etc.

Accommodatie was erg goed! Het was voor ons de tweede keer dat wij hier hebben gezeten! En wederom was alles weer erg goed en gezellig!

Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Die Villen sind mit Treppenschutzgittern und abschließbaren Terrassen- und Balkontüren ausgestattet. Der Familienpool und der Kleinkinderbadebereich sind sehr gut. Es gibt auch einen Erwachsenenpool (16+), den wir als mitgereiste Großeltern ebenfalls gern genutzt haben. Die All inclusive -Verpflegung ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

We absolutely loved it here! It was so clean, there were so much staff making sure the restaurant stayed clean, and full of fresh food and supplies. I would highly recommend!

Resort is catered to families but not well executed. Food was quite overpriced compared to restaurants in town. Kid club area and toys are quite dirty and run down. Childrens waterpark was great. Pools nice. They had bouncey castles and remote control cars for kids that was quite fun. Overall nice variety of activities in the resort. Entertainment shows were so bad. bad …the circus show was probably the worst thing I tried to sit theough. Disappointing because the aesthetic and allure of the big circus tent on the grounds is so alluring. They should hire some actual acrobats. The road going up to the resort and sidewalk leading into Eden is a garbage wasteland. It doesn’t matter if that’s not your property pick it up it’s the first thing people see coming into the resort. They walk by it going into town. Must fix.
