I was forced to change my stay to 2 nights rather than 3 due to a change in my flight beyinf my control. Despite this, the hotel charged for the 3rd night i did not stay. I would suggest working more closely with providers regarding these charges

Photos and description are deceiving. Room was very small and dark. Bathroom was dirty or moldy.

This place is good for those that are in town for adventures and exploring. A just to sleep hotel. There is a club next door so it is extremely loud in the evenings from Thursday to Sunday.

La habitación bonita son casas antiguas pero muy bien conservadas, limpias Es muy céntrico el hotel, puedes caminar al parque desde donde se aprecian vistas hermosas del volcán. Muy recomendable

Este lugar es muy inapropiado sin ninguna seguridad ni para subir gradas muy reducidas, nadie te ayuda a llevar equipaje y hay solo mujeres nos toco a nosotros subir y bajar nuestro equipaje y con mucho miedo. Somos personas de la tercera edad. Por favor tomar mi recomendacion.
