Spent one night before an early flight. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent. No hot eggs, but fresh fruit, bread and the variety was good. Much better than expected! The shuttle was a bit confusing. It parked where cars park for drop off. It was black (in US Holiday Inn shuttles are white) and I never saw the logo, which doesn’t mean it’s not there. Luckily my friend saw it, while I was checking out a different van. It does seem to come pretty often, 15 minutes or so.

The breakfast menu was good but lacked tables at busy times particularly when a group was using the premises (A football team travelling) Booking in procedure was laborious - perhaps most could be completed in advance. the room was spotless.

Air port shuttle never came after calling for a pick up. Our shower head would not lock in position so could not rinse off well. Otherwise, hotel is close to the airport. Good breakfast.

La chambre a besoin d'une rénovation . Pas de chance nous avons eu des voisins très brillant et le bruit passait par les portes communicante. Se fut un plaisir quand ils sont partis tôt de la chambre enfin nous avons fermé les yeux.

There was a basic restaurant next door that helped if you were staying on the property but the hotel breakfast was very good.

Longe da cidade e das atracoes turísticas e perto do aeroporto, com poucas opcoes de alimentacao e transporte para o centro da cidade que fica a uns 8 km de distancia. Nao tem frigobar nos quartos e o apto de ar condicionado nao funcionava e alegaram hotel lotado para negar troca de quarto. Tivemos que dormir com janela aberta devido ao calor e o barulho dos avioes incomodou durante a noite. Espero que o hotel ofereça alguma compensacao pelo incomodo e que nao seja na proxima estadia porque nao pretendemos voltar a Bilbao.

Sehr gute Anbindung vom und zum Flughafen, auch wenn wir den Pick-up nicht auf Anhieb gefunden haben und somit ein Taxi genommen haben. Tolles Frühstück und geräumiges Zimmer.

Went in to my room and the air conditioner was not working and the room extremely hot. I called the front desk but nobody answered. Service is terrible

The check in was really slow. There was a queue because it was taking so long, took us over half an hour to get checked in and able to access our room.

Close to the airport but nothing else. Airport shuttle is a plus but confirm the schedule. Restaurant for dinner needs help. Caesar salad, wings, meatballs and pizza is pretty much it. Breakfast is good.

Je trouvais le tarif un peu élevé pour une nuit, mais finalement la qualité de la prestation a eu raison du prix. Entre l'accueil agréable, le petit déjeuner, le service de parking, la navette vers l'aéroport, une chambre impeccable. Il n'y a rien à dire. Je suis vraiment satisfait.

We only stayed for one night, in a quadruple room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Modern looking hotel. Reasonable price. Free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. Pets allowed. Quite good overall.

Freshly baked Rolls, cheeses hard boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt. Great way to start the day.
