Fantastiskt mat

The building and the grounds were beautiful. The decor was for us very old fashioned. A matter of opinion I’m sure and probably very French but the old pictures and stuffed animals were slightly too much. Having said that the restaurant was lovely as was the breakfast. We arrived very late and a very kind gentleman, stayed on to check us in. I’m sure in the summer months when the sun is shining and the pool is open it would be even more beautiful.

Superb restaurant and service.

Beautiful hotel in an out of the way setting. Superb vistas from the gardens. The hub of the hotel is the restaurant where the staff seem to focus. Trying to get a drink whilst sitting in the garden is a but hit and miss. Very disappointing that the hotel does not appear to keep in reserve a few restaurant tables for guests. We had to eat out.

Excellent stay at this hotel. We stayed in the cottage for 2 nights- a delightful and peaceful setting.

Bucolic retreat in a carefully renovated historic setting with lovely personnel that made us feel very welcome. Perfection!

Extremely pleasant staff. Superb surroundings and view. Comfortable, clean, spacious room.

Excellent in every respect apart from ability to get a drink during the day. Small fridge in room would solve the issue. Restaurant excellent and major improvement on our last visit 10 years ago.

We stayed in the separate accommodations near the pond. Quite unique and beautiful. Staff was great, the grounds are beautiful, and the dinner was among the best we had in France. Staff was delightful. Would definitely go back.

Très bel établissement de charme sur 20 hectares de calme. Notre chambre était impeccable avec une jolie vue sur la vallée.

Magnifique vue avec coucher de soleil de la chambre. Magnifique propriété. Grande chambre avec climatisation. Calme sans télévision. Adaptation au régime pour le petit déjeuner. Nous aurions préféré une couette plutôt qu’une couverture.

Le personnel et le cadre ,le silence et la vue exceptionnelle.

L'accueil, d'abord par le propriétaire... et ensuite par Bastien : gentillesse, compétence, sourire, simplicité ... tout comme on aime !
