Nice hotel and friendly people

Centrally located in downtown with plenty of options to eat or shop nearby. It was an easy check in and checkout process despite my last minute booking due to a canceled flight. Would recommend to solo travelers. Felt very safe.

Un gran hotel en todo el centro de Pereira. El personal es más que amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación es muy cómoda, especialmente la cama, es de otro nivel. El desayuno buffet funciona muy bien, tiene opciones para todos los gustos. Tiene jacuzzis que puedes reservar, aunque esta vez no los usamos. En general, es un hotel que vale la pena volver, ya dos veces que me hospedo acá.

From the beginning at the front desk we were charged for taxes even though we are American citizens and Colombians as well. But because we said we entry the country by biometric standards ( which does not require the stamp at the passport ) we were charged illegally. We are going to petition de return of our tax money. We we are in Bogotá and we were exempted from taxes. Officers in immigration told us that is illegal . We are never going back to that hotel.

AC works well, breakfast was very good (variety). Location is great, right in the heart downtown Pereira. Nice & clean room. As far as paying at the property I dont recommend, better off to pay in full before arriving since peso fluctuates daily and create discrepancies when charging on a credit card. All my issues got resolved in a satisfactory manner after working with the administration contact.

There is only one elevator and it is slow.

Upon arrival, we learned that the hotel did not have a restaurant, which was a plus. Every time we wanted to eat or order room service, it had to go through another company. That limited our enjoyment of the place.

Property doesn't allow late check in.
