Séjour court mais agréable nous avons séjourné seulement une nuit et n'avons pas trop utilisé les équipements. L'hôtel est tres bien situé pour profité de la vie setoise. Personnel accueillant et chambre confortable

Tout était très bien pour notre séjour. Le lit était confortable, tout était propre. Très bon petit déjeuner 👍.

Y'a t'il un patron dans cette hôtel Je suis passé par Sète et j'ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec les Halles. Si l'emplacement est effectivement excellent, il est loin de compenser les lacunes inacceptables de l'établissement. l'accueil : Très froid, pour ne pas dire déplorable. On ne se sent pas du tout le bienvenu. J'occupais la chambre 107. Située juste au-dessus du carrefour principal, elle est extrêmement bruyante. Impossible de se reposer correctement, a éviter si vous pouvez Petit-déjeuner (une catastrophe) : À 9h00, le buffet est déjà vide. Il faut quémander pour obtenir des œufs ou des yaourts, avec en retour désolé il arrive demain ,Plus grave encore : le beurre servi en mai affichait une date de péremption au début du mois d'avril ! Un manque de rigueur total sur l'hygiène et le suivi des produits j'ai profité de la jolie ville de Sète, mais je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel. À éviter

L’hôtel étant en travaux nous avons déjeuné dans une salle de conférence. Le petit déjeuner reste très basic et n’est pas à la hauteur du prix facturé

La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. L'hôtel est calme. Le personnel est agréable.

Il est regrettable de constater que lors de nôtre arrivée, la réceptionniste pourtant présente et nous ayant vu a préférée discuter avec le barman. Nous avons du signaler nôtre présence avant d'être pris en charge, ce qui donne une première impression peu professionnelle et un manque d'attention envers le client. En revanche, la chambre était propre et confortable.

paid for superior room, and were placed in a studio that had an odor. front desk staff confused, but we finally got correct room. . hotel shows a lot of wear, needs touch ups, carpet worn. it is close to the market and lots of dining. very quiet at night in hotel. good for a few nights

As friendly as the staff were they were also unprofessional Arrived on Saturday around 2 PM .. very difficult to stop the car and unload and no one to direct you Went in leaving my wife in the car to find a lone receptionist totally absorbed by her cell phone that it took her few seconds and me coughing to realize she had a guest waiting Then could not find my reservation so she called on her phone another colleague who showed her where my reservation was in the system but not to check me in till she arrives around 3 … no problem Came back around 4 to be given a key and discover it is a totally different room then the one I booked ( junior suite with canal view) When I mentioned it to the receptionist first she said my reservation did not specificy what room When I showed her my reservation she had at this point to admit they gave my room to someone else and they are fully booked … very unprofessional I ended up with a really strangely designed room and roof top view Breakfast is ok If you can’t secure a parking forget it as the area is very busy Would not be my first choice for my next visit for sure …. Sadly
