Très bien, emplacement idéal, personnel attentif et serviable. Seul bémol, des chambres du 1er étage on entend beaucoup la rue.

Room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful - especially Gloria (the 21 year old) I will definitely stay again 😊

Charmingly rustic, achingly central but be aware that comes with a lively nearby bar that is open until 2am

The welcome from all the staff was first rate in gact all the staff were amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city. Hotel is a little dated and needs a refresh but its in an old building. Breakfast was a little disappointing. That said I would stay there again

Lovely,lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were so welcoming and helpful.The lady in the breakfast room remembered our coffee preferences without us having to ask. Room was teeny tiny but was adequate for our short stay.Room didn't have aircon which meant window open to the noise of the street. The location was absolutely perfect,so close to the Arena and all the sights we wanted to visit. Also the buses were in the Piazza Bra, too.

Zeer centraal gelegen hotel. Hotel wel gedateerd maar het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekkere harde bedden en kaner wordt goed schoongehouden
