Very comfortable bed to sleep in after a week on the road camping.

The only complaint I had was that there was no elevator. My kids enjoyed the pool, and the room was nice and clean. Would stay again. Breakfast was very good!!

It was nice. The room was nice and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. The free breakfast was good.

Was suprised there was no elevator upon check in, the AC didnt work very well, and they forgot to clean our room. The front desk staff were excellent. I left my phone during check in and he ran it up to the room and refused the tip I offered.

Pretty expensive for the quality of the room and furnishings. Booked a room with a sofa bed and we didn’t need the bedding but wanted extra pillows because I need a lot. Was told they didn’t have any. See if we did have someone using the sofa bed we would have had even fewer pillows.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast bar was fine as well.

The electricity went out due to a failure in town. When I called the front desk for assistance with my medical equipment that required electricity, the attendant was very responsive and so helpful in getting me an extension cord to be able to plug onto the outlet supplied by their generator. Excellent service!

Best place in Susanville without a doubt.

Conveniently located near, dining, shopping, groceries, gas and banks. Plenty of parking for large vehicles too.

Quiet location and secure, quiet facility. Central to all things Susanville and the staff was wonderful from start to finish! Plenty of shopping and dining options. Great breakfast, I only wish the pool had been open!

TV not working. Had to set it up ourselves and it wasn’t explained very well.
