Places was spotless and super clean.

I really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great, there is a huge selection of food, both in the main restaurant and the pool bar (burgers, pizza, salads, cakes, fruit, crepes, doughnuts....so much). You will never go hungry. There is a second restaurant on site its with a set Moroccan menu, you need to book but you don't pay more. The evening entertainment was unbelievable too. I struggle to find something that could be improved

We (a group of 10) loved staying in the resort. The food was great, friendly staff. Drinks was a bit on low side, but still ok. Pool was good though a bit deep for the ones who can not swim. As an overall, very pleasant experience.

Heel leuk hotel, super lekker buffet, heel verzorgde keuken , het personeel is heel professioneel en behulpzaam, de kamers waren perfect schoongemaakt door een lieve vrouw Hafida genoemd, heeft elke dag de kamer brandschoon gepoetst. We komen zeker terug

The staff were friendly, there was good amenities. One of the outdoor pools was heated which was needed in February. The drink and food selection was average. The lunch buffet by the pool was a poor. They made a massive effort for valentine's day by putting on special cocktails, offing out single red roses, and had the dinner table set up with candles and rose petals.

Every member of staff from beginning to end were friendly and kind and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere and super attentive and accommodating. Lots of people visiting to go play golf or surf. Small outdoor children’s pool was lovely and warm, other outdoor pools were much cooler (one adult heated but still fairly cool) but very deep. Bring inflatables if not confident with swimming! Caught some wonderful weather with highs of 31 degrees. Food great and brilliant entertainment. Only one thing, the children disco could be a bit more engaging with lights etc but again kind staff making the effort made it special enough. Thanks all!

Cleanliness

I'm sorry to give a negative comment but several things didn't go well: the check-inn was completely overloaded with around 40 clients waiting. Although, this hotel is all inclusive there was no drink, not even water in the refrigerator and the machine at the floor wasn't working! When we called the reception to give us something to drink they told us, that they couldn't. The rooms are great but the problem is situated in the management of this place.

Check in sans explication aucune organisation on vous parque dans un salon avec un stylo et une fiche à remplir puis plus rien aucune information sur la remise des clés. Accueil indigne d un 4*. Vu le prix le coffre dans la chambre pourrait etre gratuit . Très bruyant beaucoup d enfants sans parents qui hurlent dans le restaurant qui se roulent parterre. Pour des vacances tranquille à fuir
