Very nice staff! Breakfast was great and had it’s own barista to make great coffee to order. Perfect location as well!

O hotel fica bem localizado, do lado do metrô e aluguel de carro. A equipe é maravilhosa, o café da manhã bem bom. Único problema foi o chuveiro, muita pressão e poucos furos para sair a água, então não era tão bom.

Localização boa e acomodação de acordo com as expectativas. Porém o colchão deixou muito a desejar, era bem ruim. Por conta disso, talvez pensaria melhor em uma nova hospedagem no futuro. Fora isso, foi de acordo.

Apesar das instalações serem antigas, o hotel é super bem localizado e o cafe da manha maravilhoso!

The room and hotel and breakfast area were very clean. The food was wonderful and excellent coffee. The mattress felt flimsy and the room was so so so hot. Hotel is in nice location. Staff was pleasant.

Hotel correcte .chambre étroite mais bien rangé et propre .insonorisation tres limité. On entend beaucoup bruit surtout le tram .personnels gentilles. Emplacement ideal de l hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Camera sporchissima e con un odore maleodorante. Insetti in camera e lenzuola sporche. Sono riusciti a cambiare camera, ma la realtà è che il prezzo non vale le condizioni dell’edificio.

There was a mixup with the room and I was traveling with someone else and the hotel was not willing to accommodate my guest. We were willing to pay extra And the hotel refused to let my travel companion stay. The staff was rude. I did not stay the 2 nights that I paid for due to my experience there. The hotel was not centrally located, but is close to public transit. The rooms are extremely small, but if you’re there just for the bed, it will get the job done. Also, I stayed in 4 cities in Italy and not a single hotel asked for my hotel key when leaving the room. I thought that was very odd.
