We loved the view. It overlooked the 9-hole golf course with hundreds of trees and the sounds of the birds and night animal noises were lovely. The nearby skyline of Benidorm Poniente Beach and the far-off Skyline of Levante Beach were very dramatic. There is striking architecture which is even better viewed at night. The apartment was spacious tidy and functional and the TV also had BBC and ITV channels. The aircon was very efficient, necessary, after the long walk up the hill in 30-degree heat. There is a good deal of building work going on directly behind the apartment block which is noisy and dusty. It is a similar block to the 6 blocks surrounding the area and we don't think it will be completed before the end of September 2024. The nearest mini supermarket is at the bottom of the hill and considering it is a self-catering holiday, the transporting of groceries is a consideration either by taxi or carrying them back up the hill, a 15-minute walk to the apartments.

Booked 2 single beds however was told we was in a double bed room that was final no choice and still not received our deposit back despite being told a few days would avoid this place

Buena ubicación y muy cerca de todo, con coche. Andando se puede hacer pero es más costoso. En general muy recomendable.

The appartment was lovely and plenty of room it was well set out for disabled people. Nice area and quiet. Although if your not walker then it is a bit out of the way to ammenties there is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants 15 mins walk and a 30 min walk to the beach depending on ability to walk. So if you want to stay close to all then book more for benidorm. Or hire a car. To travel would stay there again but will be more prepared next till and get some scooters. Only stayed a few day self catering. Deffo got a work out and step count in lol 😂

Hemos estado 4 noches y en general ha estado muy bien, si hay que sacar alguna pega es el sofá cama (muy antiguo) e incomodo para dormir, el apartamento está bien equipado e general, zona tranquila y mucho aparcamiento en sus alrededores.

Franchement très décevant ! Des fourmis partout même dans le frigo ! Une douche plus que vétuste, de l’eau qui oscille entre froide et brûlante ! L’hôtel est très loin du centre ville Une alarme incendie qui se déclenchait toutes les nuits !!! Bref passe votre chemin !

Un lugar muy aconsejable, comodo y tranquilo. Es recomendable.

Nice apartment with two air conditioning, pretty well equipped (but no TV in main room, no coffee machine, no free washer). Bar was closed. Pool is smaller than on picture, nice view to a golf course

Appartement propre en apparence mais quand vous regardez de plus près ce n'est pas le cas, nous avons re laver la vaiselle car poussière dans les tiroirs. Poussière dans les lampes, haut du meuble TV dans les armoires. Nous avons même trouver un poil sur le meuble en haut de la TV. Appartement et couloirs abîmés beaucoup de travaux à refaire. Piscine intérieure fermé et ça n'était pas mentionné lors de la réservation. Bar de piscine inexistant. Beau extérieur, piscine extérieur propre et assez grande. Pensez à mettre un peu plus de transat. Une vue sur le golf très joli. Et la plage de ponient est à 15 min à pied très facil d'accès. Personnel de la réception très gentil et accueillant. Pas la peine de payer le parking il ya beaucoup de place dans la rue.

La estancia bien. La wifi lentísima. Lugar limpio y agradable lejos de la playa. Necesitan comunicar mejor al cliente lo de la limpieza de utensilios de cocina, no tienen jabón, ni estropajo y cuando dijeron que no hacía falta fregar los cacharros al salir, sí que se tenía que hacer. Mejor que lo aclaren antes.

I suggest to everyone

Nunca habia ido a un hotel donde no había ni jabón para las manos, ni para lavar la vajilla, ni una esponja..nada de nada! Tantas restricciones para Covid y luego uno no se puede lavar ni las manos.. Lamentable

Agradable , el sofá cama hacía mucho ruido pero el resto perfecto
