Very friendly staff, great with kids, the pool area is also nice. We did not appreciate so much the huge furniture in which we bumped repeatedly, no elevator, bed a bit hard, soap dispenser in the bathroom not working, loud neighbourhood parties.

The owner provided incredibly wonderful service. We loved the exquisite comfort of each room. my whole family had a great time. The breakfast was phenomenal. The host even rushed out to our car with something we left behind when it was time to go!

Bad points was pool was not filled with water, staff were not bilingual and phones in hotel did not work. Good points are staff were very helpful, friendly and will do anything to assist you. Food is lovely and prices are very reasonable

We were attanding a local wedding and the location was just perferct. The day manager was particularly helpful. We had a wonderful lunch at the hotel, breakfast could do with providing more choice. Overall very pleased with our stay.
