Got upgraded to a seafront facing room. Great breakfast and service at breakfast.

Great location and a lovely pool area. Only downside is people reserved the sun beds early am and not quite enough beds to go around when the hotel is busy. Possibly due to the Daina apartment guests also using the same facilities.

An amazing hotel and a great upgrade to a sea facing room as we were returning guests. Great choice for breakfast including an omelette bar . My only negative is that guest were queueing for the pool 40 mins before it opened - so everybody did it . When we arrived at the pool at 0915 there were still beds available ! Brits Abroad are embarrassing !

It was our second visit to this Hotel, and we loved almost everything about it - especially the breakfast, and the Bar - both excellent. The only 'fly in the ointment' was the UK TV reception. We had exactly the same issue this time as we did on our previous visit two years ago - and we are most disappointed that they had not addressed the problem in the interim! There are basically three English TV programs available (BBC1, BBC2 and Sky News) - all three of these stations were horribly pixelated about 50% of the time, making then almost unwatchable. We drew the Reception's attention to this three times during our stay, and each time they did try to effect some improvement, the third time getting out an aerial expert to (I think) realign the satellite dish. This helped a little, but it returned to the same problem within a day or two. Then we gave up. I think they really need to get some new equipment, which is actually up to the job! Sorry Hotel Daina, we loved everything else, but the TV was soo frustrating!

The hotel, amenities (especially pool), and people were great. I will say, parking was a nightmare.

Perfect spot, amazing room and staff

Really nice hotel with the best location. Nice pool area never crowded. The bed sheets could have been less wrinkly and better fitted to the duvet. It was noisy from outside until 3 in the night but it didn't bother me. Seaside view is recommended.

Beautiful hotel, my 7th stay now... Adults only this time and stayed in the apartment so much nicer too! Food excellent, poke bowls by the pool are a win. Cycling facility is excellent and washing machine is perfect. Breakfast has everything you could possibly want. Staff are utterly wonderful.

Nice pool area and location

Whilst having been to the resort many times, I gave never stayed in a hotel and the Diana with its location, beautiful pool area and very helpful staff was superb. As a bonus, the cycle store was great for storage and repair, if required. Thank you!

Noise from other rooms loud very thin walls

Well appointed rooms and perfectly maintained. Very pleasent staff and habing the pool/bar area with sunloungers and towels was a big bonus.

Everything you could want for a hotel stay. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff in all areas. Lovely internal and external bar areas. Great breakfast.

First hotel is NOT adults only. An adult is 18 years plus but 14. We had a sea view room on 3rd floor which was excellent. Lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. Make sure if you’ll book one thought that you ask for at least level 3 , any lower and all you will see is a large tree that grows in front of hotel and not much sea. Good choice for breakfast although hot food could have been warmer. They also need more than 2 coffee machines to come when busy. Main complaint was the waiting staff clearing tables very miserable and actually quite rude. They really should not reach across guests to clear plates when they are still eating. This happened most days so was not one particular waiter but most of them Plenty of sun beds around pool available when we were there but many of better positioned ones still reserved for hours on end with no obvious policing by pool staff removing towels after 30 mins unattended as they claim.

Perfect location, central but not noisy. Immediate access into the front promenade and beach.
