Staff were super friendly, very helpful and open to accomodating last minute changes. Tbe room was spacious and warm. Tbe location is ideal as its a stroll to the city centre and trams. Great find.

I've stayed in pretty much all the 4-5 star hotels in the area and I'd say this was the worst. My main gripes would be lack of noise cancellation (you can hear your neighbors, elevators, people in the hallways), the bizarre lack of noise cancellation in the roof (your upstairs neighbor walking sounds like elephant stomping), cheap/bad quality amenities (for example, the hooks in the bathroom are entirely incapable of holding the towels and as a result there is nowhere to hang your wet towel), and overall attention to detail (I had my next door neighbor's breakfast plate in front of my door 16 hours after breakfast had ended and it was a bit gross). To be fair, I got this for a very cheap deal during the offseason, and felt like I got my money's worth I guess. Location is great for Helsinki and the hotel is serviceable if you're not easily disturbed my noise. Generally I'd recommend other hotels though.

Vastaanotto hotelliin oli lämmin ja ystävällinen, ja vaikka olimmekin kaksi tuntia etuajassa, pääsimme suoraan huoneeseemme. Siisti ja tilava huone, jossa miellyttävä sisustuksen värimaailma. Kylpyhuone myös suuri ja siisti. Aamupala runsas ja monipuolinen, erityisesti mainittava ns. perinteisen "muna-pekoni-nakki"- aamiaisen puuttuminen hyvällä tavalla. Kahvi erittäin hyvää ja puuro ihan täydellistä.

I have stated here few times and it has never failed me. The rooms are lovely, the continental breakfast is amazing and it is in walking distance of most attractions and shops.

Huone siisti, tilava ja hyvät sängyt. Aamupalalla riittävästi valikoimaa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Excellent stay at Hotel Fabian. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was very clean with a nice design. The room was spacious modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable I just would have preferred one large double duvet rather than two single duvets and the shower pressure was a little low but nothing major. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a great location. Overall I had an excellent stay and would stay again if I return to Helsinki.

　中心地から少し離れていて静かな環境。ホテルから数分の距離にスーパーがあり、よく利用した。 　部屋の広さは十分で、トイレ・シャワーの水量は問題なかった。空調も効いていた。 　清掃に毎日入り、タオル類の交換もされていた。朝食メニューは、海外では普通と思われる。スムージが3種類あって良かった。 　チェックアウト後の荷物も預かってもらい、特に大きな不満な点はなかった。
