Enjoyed this hotel for 2 nights, happy to get out of noisy crowded Mexico City. Very pleasant pool and courtyard area. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Good location between the Pyramids and Teotihuacan Centro.

Considero q los meseros deben tener mejor carcter

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und relativ teuer für was es ist. Praktisch sind die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Eingang und die Nähe zur archäologischen Stätte Teotihuacan. Frühstück war teuer und wenig für den Preis.

La persona en recepción muy poco atenta, los meseros muy amables, la alberca no es climatizada y hacia frío además no la cubren por la noche y tenía basura porque hacía aire Pienso que no hay buena seguridad en el estacionamiento en incluso dicen que no se hacen responsables por daños o perdidas, se entra muy facil

Pueden mejorar las condiciones del baño

El lugar es impecable y precioso pero si sentí que faltaron algunas cosas en la habitación por ejemplo 1 frigobar, un calentador ya que la habitación está demasiado fría y tal vez un instructivo para usar el hidromasaje , pero sin duda si volvería a regresar porque es muy lindo y la alberca está templada
