Excellent séjour. Tout était impeccable.

Hôtel très bien situé avec personnel accueillant et aidant. Tout près des restaurants de bonne qualité et de la plage. Cuisinette très fonctionnelle. Sofa lit confortable. Propreté impeccable.

Résidence idéalement située à 5 min de la plage. Le studio était propre et bien équipé. Du personnel de l'accueil a celui en charge du ménage :top. La Résidence mériterait néanmoins une rénovation des parties communes qui dénotent par rapport à l'accueil et la qualité des studios. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

A very nice accommodation in the centre of Arcachon. The room was very clean and spacious with a kitchen and lounge area. Nice towels. Breakfast was delicious in a lovely bright Breakfast Room. Staff were friendly . We didn't know about the Roof Terrace until the end of our stay . Better communication at check-in or a full leaflet would help. We didn't know how often to expect the cleaner as our bins got very full and we needed to buy toilet tissues. We didn't know about this so a bit more practical communication in leaflet form would help. The Air Conditioning could have been better in this heat. The door to our balcony had a broken lock and the other window didn't close properly either. It needs better checks and repairs Otherwise a quiet stay in a central area.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. It would have had all 5 stars, except that the decor was very plain. But for comfort and functionality, it couldn't be beat. For some reason, I had trouble contacting the hotel residence when my originating flight was canceled. I suspect this was due to Expedia and not the residence. As a result, I was charged for the night I didn't arrive. Expedia should be better about providing a direct contact rather than giving their own phone number.

I liked that the apartment was fairly spacious. There was an airconditioning control, but I don't think it worked. AC was more than adequate, but I would have liked to be able to vary it a bit. Surprised by having a tv in salon as well as bedroom. The hotel has an elevator, but the second building may mean that you have to do a couple of steps with your bags. Staff was nice and I enjoyed staying there.

Encore un trés bon séjour , l' accueil était chaleureux avec des explications sur nos différentes demandes,l appartement trés propre ainsi que le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilette . La climatisation marchait trés bien ainsi que les 2 télévisions. Petit plateau de bienvenue pour notre arrivée.

Hotel idéalement situé mais chambres veillottes et moquette dans les parties communes vraiment dépassées. Mais l'hôtel était en rénovation donc probablement qu'ils vont tout refaire et que ce sera beau. 4,5/5

We got a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. We were all surprised and impressed about how large it turned out to be especially for Europe. Our suite actually overlooked the central square of the town. Great for a view, not so good when you hear the vendors rolling in early each morning. Since some things weren't working in our suite in addition to there being no safe, once we complained, he staff moved us to a new suite by the next afternoon. The hotel wasn't fancy, but the money it is a very good deal.
