Pleasant staff. Room a bit tired. E.g light switch cracked, towel holder in bathroom broken, shower head loose and very standard furnishings. Restaurant being closed Mon, Tues and Weds a bit disappointing.

Room was great.. staff came in and made the room/refreshed towels every day. Breakfast was very good Staff were friendly and courteous Location is great, close to downtown and the Racecourse ground, yet still in a quiet area Will definitely stay again on my next visit

The hotel was great for easy access to the centre of Wrexham. It was clean and well appointed. We had a room on the back and it was lovely and quiet. We found the room very warm.

Nice, convenient room. Service in the hotel was great and staff very friendly. Bed and pillows weren't very comfortable but for the price it was definitely worth it.

Room was decently clean and presented well! Loved the bottled water provided. The shower was good and easy to use!

I liked the proximity to the town centre, especially the bus station. I would have liked to have a full cooked English breakfast included in the price of staying.
