We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff at reception, the bars and restaurants were very helpful and friendly. We used the beach more than the pool but both were excellent. Although there was was only one restaurant, the buffet served different meals throughout our holiday. There was also pizza and gyros available at the beach.

Third time staying at the Mitsis Family Village. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, who again made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. Hotel very clean, and well maintained with fantastic facilities and a beautiful beach. Food and drinks was delicious with a very good variety to suit all tastes including fresh pizza and gyros on the beach. The hotel is on a fairly steep hill, but there is a beach hopper that takes you right down to the beach and back again. We all had a wonderful holiday, made special by the friendliness of the staff and we could not fault anything. Will be definitely be staying again.

Great location if you enjoy being outside the village center. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning is smooth. When booking, there was no information that not all rooms with a shared pool are at pool level but access to the pool is via a ladder. The hotel in general and the rooms were in need of an update. No ala carte restaurants and the staff seemed overworked at times. The main restaurant offers surprisingly little Greek food. The pools (including the seared ones) are only open from 10 am to 6 pm. A hassle-free vacation if a few cosmetic flaws don't bother you.

Wow what an amazing place to stay lovely view of the coast and access to the beach. We stayed here with our family with 2 young children lots for them and us to do! The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram. I would say maybe just have some ramps for prams to rooms but we didn’t mind lifting it up the few steps we had to. All in all this was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel (Zimmer Restaurant), größtenteils super freundliches und herzliches Personal. Pool und Strandbereich sehr schön. Nicht viel zu tun in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Für einen entspannten Urlaub aber nicht dramatisch. Wir haben es alles in allem sehr genossen.

Excellent sharing pool! Great reception staff! Julianos on pool bar lovely, frequent beach hopper, food ok not as good as it used to be, I have found this hotel has changed quite a bit since I last came , mitsis need to revert back to how they once was !!

Chambre spacieuse, propre mais mériterai une finition plus soignée et un rafraîchissement correct de la salle de bain, dommage qu'il ait encore des rideau de douche (niveau hygiène moyen). Matelas pas top. Personnel correct mais parle majoritairement anglais même à la réception. Petit buffet pas varié mais bonne cuisine. La salle du restaurant est trop petite par rapport au nombre de vacanciers.

The staff was extremely friendly, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the bars, to the room attendents. All were amazing. The rooms were clean and view was exceptional. However, could use some updating.
