Lovely room looking into the National Park

Good location, convenient- close to the national park and Hastings street

The property was spacious and well-furnished with a great outlook. The staff were professional and polite. The facilities were excellent and close to places of interest. However, the property had not been cleaned thoroughly before we arrived—it was very dusty e.g. the decorative blocks on the stairwell and cotton buds etc from previous guests were still in a drawer in the laundry/bathroom.

Apartment was spacious! Bathrobes would be a nice addition. The resort needs to employ more staff I felt sorry for the bar tenders.

Outstanding stay with terrific service. The only small ding was that the walkways outside our villa were dingy and not really swept or cleaned. Otherwise everything was superb, including the delicious buffet breakfast that is worth every penny!

We stayed in a 3-bed tree top villa and were blown away by the size and quality of it. Had everything we needed for us and 3 kids. We will definitely be back

Breakfast was great, Maria, always with a smile, was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

For the extortionate price we paid with five months notice, we were given a room overlooking the car park and into another building. The resort had no ambiance. On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful and the room (despite its lack of opulence) was clean.

Surrounded by lush forest and plenty of facilities and an excellent buffet breakfast! Such a spacious house and an extra living room which was perfect for a kid/baby space. We enjoyed taking the golf buggy and was walking distance from everything we needed.

The views from our balcony that opens to the living room were amazing! Breakfast had so many options and was great!

We had a pleasant stay at Peppers Resort Noosa - the room was plentiful, clean and as expected. Check-in process is slightly lack lustre and wasn’t exactly exuding warmth, but doesn’t affect the quality of our stay. Our reasoning for 4 stars is mainly because we booked as a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 infant) however upon check-in, our room had no travel cot. We had to request this (at extra charge) and thankfully the team arranged one to be delivered to our room within 2hrs, but I do feel it should’ve been inclusive of cost and already in the room given we booked as a family. AUD10 per night to hire a travel cot was slightly irking, especially as a family friendly resort. Our 4/5 rating is also attributed to the level of noise experienced from the Park & Cove restaurant - we stayed in a room in the 9400s, directly opposite the restaurant, which had relatively loud music into the evening which affected our early bedtimes with an infant. The music did quieten by 9:30-10pm though. Sadly the pool was far too cold to be used, which is a shame as this was primarily the reason we booked Peppers, due to their marketing of the ‘heated’ pool. All in all, a nice place to stay and extremely well positioned to access popular Hastings St and Noosa beach, although be aware that access is via very steep hills (they have a buggy service) and if accessing by car, the resort has two different entry points dependent on the time of day.

Great location, beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thoughtful welcome gift and plenty of complimentary tea and coffee. We loved our stay in the tree top villa.

Standout stay in the treetop suites. Superbly appointed, central yet secluded and wonderful staff all made the trip memorable.

Checkin process was easy. Buffet breakfast very good. Facilities are clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Car park added great value for us. Close proximity to Hastings Street was good as was the free golf buggy shuttle to and from Hasting street as required.

Liked convenience and kindness of staff due to my rapid departure for family emergency. I found it challenging to find my room when I checked in as numbering was hidden and not contiguous. The room was fine, but could not locate iron.

Gorgeous resort. Great staff, food and location. Needs some deep cleaning and facilities uplift (eg gym, pool)
