Very nice little hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff.

The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable. The hotel is well located and easy to get to.

The property was lovely! We enjoyed our room and the staff were excellent! Near the puccini and mozart concert, which we adored. Would definitely recommend staying there!!

Et enkelt, men fint overnattingssted innenfor muren i Lucca. Fantastisk hyggelig personale, og svært stort rom.

Room was very basic and on ground floor so quite loud. Pillows and mattress not comfortable. But very affordable, clean and the staff are wonderful.

The entire staff was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. The room was classy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the refreshments offered at check-in was a welcome treat.

Personnel 5 étoilés, topissime. Sympas, gentilles et serviables. En plein centre historique, avec place de parc payante, mais c'est normal vu l'emplacement à Lucca. On a tout fait à pied. Hotel propre, excellent petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité prix. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter ! Un grand Merci au Mr de l'accueil qui nous a attendu un samedi soir, après l'heure du Check in prévu, avec le sourire en plus, et nous à encore accompagné pour parquer la voiture. Donc personel 5/5. I stayed at hotel Diana during my trip to Lucca for the summer music festival. The experience I had was wonderful and the staff were supper nice, helpful and accommodating.

Hotel Diana was an amazing find right in the center of Lucca very near the piazza for Lucca Summer Festival. The room we had was recently renovated and very spacious and well designed. The bathroom had one of the nicest and largest showers I have ever seen.

Great place to stay inside the walls at Lucca. This is inside of the ZTL parking was not included if you booked through hotels.com. €20 per night. Breakfast cost a little extra but was well worth it.

Very kind and attentive staff at front desk and the breakfast. Breakfast was continental style, with many options. Showers are small, but that seems to be the norm in some hotels in Italy

Das Hotel hat in unterschiedlichen Gebäuden Zimmer. Mein Zimmer war leider abends nicht sehr ruhig. Da wohl nach Ende der Kinovorstellungen und auch sonst am Wochenende die tagsüber sehr ruhige Straße laut und belebt wird.

Highly recommend this hotel! A sweet small boutique hotel on a quiet street. Staff was so welcoming! Fabrizio was kind to listen to me struggle through my little bit of Italian I know. We stayed in the Hotel Diana annex (Rm #40) and it was VERY nice. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. You can't ask for more.
