Room and location of the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the welcome was somewhat uninviting, with a list of things not to do. Threats of steep charges if you lost your plastic room key and additional charges if you wanted pool towels lowered the experience.

Nice room. Close to local amenities. Great pool for grandchildren. Spacious unit.

From the warm genuine welcome at the front desk, to the spotless room, pool and grounds, this is a genuine five star resort, it’s the second time we’ve been there and definitely won’t be our last.

Lovely hotel in the heart of rainbow beach. Walking distance to mostly everything.

Amazing location. The front staff was lovely. The unit wasn’t really super clean and was in need of a good scrub. Remote for ensuite tv was broken. I would highly recommend to book on upper floors for the amazing view.

Plantation at Rainbow is amazing. Have stayed here lots of times and it’s always nice. The staff are lovely and the beach is 3min walk. Located in The heart of Rainbow beach it’s a great place to stay
