Hotel muito bem localizado, bem em frente a praia em uma rua com varios restaurantes, um calcadao enorme. A limpeza era impressionante! A faxina era sensacional. Todos os dias iam duas mocas e limpavam absolutamente tudo. Nunca vi servico assim em um hotel. Cafe da manha espetacular. O quarto amplo com utensilios e uma pequena cozinha q facilitou tudo com o bebe. Uma sacada maravilhosa que utilizamos para jantar de frente para o mar. Simplesmente perfeito!

Great location! Adjacent to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Perfect for families. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel even did a nice birthday surprise treat for our daughter. Very thoughtful. We would recommend this hotel and would return if possible.

Ich war schon einige mal im Hotel da Rochas und eigentlich immer zufrieden. Aber dieses mal wurde ich vom Hotelpersonal bestohlen ! Was mich aber so richtig verärgerte war der Versuch der Supervisorein des Rezeptionsteam. In Frage zu stellen ob ich Sicher bin ob ich den Gegenstand überhaupt mithatte oder vielleicht doch zu Hause vergessen habe. Obwohl ich Ihr ein Foto und die Quittung zeigen konnte. Auch den Zeitraum des Diebstahls konnte ich sehr genau eingrenzen und trotzdem wurde ich abgewiegelt. Das Hotel an sich ist ganz in Ordnung aber könnte mal eine Kompletttenovierung vertragen. Ich muss das Erlebte erstmal sacken lassen und überlegen ob ich trotz dieser negativenErfahrung dort noch mal zu Gast drin möchte !

Clean and well maintained property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and spacious. The week spent in Portimão was extremely enjoyable and relaxing.

Em frente à praia, quarto espaçoso, chuveiro ótimo, funcionários atencioso! Muitas opções deliciosas no café da manhã. Só não tem serviço de praia, acho isso importante.

Room was large and clean . Perfect location and amenities . helpful cleaning staff .I would come again .

I never leave negative reviews, but a few things. First, DO NOT book this hotel through a 3rd party website. I booked and paid for cancelation rights but didn't realize they ended a week before check in, instead of a day or two before like most. That's fine, but my husband was sick and we needed to change the dates by 3 days (not cancel, but just move the dates and the same room was still available) and hotels.com was going to charge me 100% to change the reservation by 2 days. I contacted the hotel and they said there is nothing they could do because I booked through a 3rd party website, which was odd because I was paying at the property. So we lost the full amount for those 3 days. I then booked 2 nights for a few days later. The room is nice, but it's outside the hotel and requires a separate door key for the outside door. They will only give you one. They also stocked the room for 2 people instead of 3, and there is no phone or way to call for service from these rooms. It's 59 steps up and down (which they did disclose but I'm not doing an extra trip to ask for a towel). On the plus side, nice room and very nice view. Probably OK if you book directly with the hotel and just know that the rooms with outside access are actually a different building than the hotel with no front desk and no way to call.

We booked a suite with a sea-view for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was clean, modern, with a comfortable and very large bed. The sea-view was perfect and not exaggerated by clever photography. We did not eat an evening meal in the restaurant but had breakfast there on both days and were very impressed by the quality and selection available. We found all the staff very courteous and helpful and overall we are very happy with our stay.

Foram dois dias com uma estadia ótima, limpeza do quarto rigorosa, isolamento acústico elevado do exterior, localização central que permite acesso a todos os locais da Praia da Rocha a pé, parqueando o carro na garagem do hotel

At the perfect spot. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast and night buffet.great personnel. Enjoyed 4 great nights.
