Close to beach and great staff.

Thank you ,was nice and close to everything what we needed. Travelling with kids we found that Pool and spa definitely highlight of the property .

The apartment was run down and very poorly equipped for holiday stays - especially in the kitchen, eg 5 cups for an apartment housing 4 guests, no lids for the 2 saucepans provided and next to no other kitchen facilities. The lounge rug was worn & in need of replacement, a power switch in the kitchen was broken & dangerous - obviously left in this condition for some time, dimmer switch in lounge obvs faulty as light flickers when turned down, no toilet roll holder in the main bathroom, no soap dish in the ensuite shower. A disappointing experience.

Great location to both Broadbeach and Surfers. The unit we had was very spacious; however, it was quite different from what I saw on the website. We had initial problem in the shower in the ensuite but it was easy to fix by ourselves. Probably more attention to the maintenance and cleaning is needed.

Absolutely amazing experience. The two bedroom beach front unit was exceptional. It had Absolutely everything we needed and the view straight out to the beach was beautiful. The location is great and the ladies at reception are fantastic, so accommodating. The building is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay again when back in Surfers.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and the facilities were fantastic. The ladies on front desk were helpful. One lady was new and learning her job but the commication was great and the staff were very polite.

Friendly staff, clean apartment and fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Reception hours could be longer. Lighting in the apartment needs to be updated. Light out in the bathroom and light in main bedroom very dull. Would’ve been handy if I was given a map of the car park. Numbers seemed all over the place

We stayed with two young girls and we all loved our stay! We had everything we needed and more with two bathrooms and plenty of space. We particularly loved our extensive beach views and the ease of walking straight out on to the beach! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay again next time!

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with wrap around balconies on the 14th floor,providing breathtaking views of the picture perfect beach. Fabulous location- as far enough away from busy shopping area to maintain a quiet ambience. Apartment had all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

It was my first stay there and was very impressed with the check in . ...Excellent location and recently renovated outdoor amenities ....pool and spa were perfect ......no roads to beach access ,,Will be back !!!

What a great location. The direct access to the beach was fantastic for our family as we wanted to be able to go swimming every day without the hassle of packing the car and looking for parking. The cafe 26 & Sunny was an awesome bonus for us who wanted our coffee nice & early every day. Being 15 minutes walking distance to Broadbeach in one direction & Surfers in the other was awesome for the nights we didn’t want to drive to either location for dinner or meet up with friends. The unit itself was spacious for a family of 5. Parking onsite was also nice without having to pay extra for it.
