Helpful staff, comfy bed, lovely room.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was lacking options.

Clean room except the sink and bathroom tub were very slow draining. Other than that it was fabulous. Location. Parking. And internet was good. I plugged in my apple tv and it worked perfectly.

Great pit stop on a cross province road trip. Easy parking, quiet comfortable rooms, very close to walk to a variety of restaurants, and super quick to get back on the highway.

Room was great, I got a suite with a jet tub in the room, was exited to use it; but the jets had dark brown stuff in them, turned us off to the jet tub, we never did use it.

Clean, friendly staff, fridge, microwave, good shower pressure, vegan toiletries.

Breakfast was wanting, but premise was very clean and the room was quite spacious.

Towels were dirty upon arrival into the room. Long dark hairs were found in the bed and on the furniture. Water fountain inside the gym wasn't working. Paper towels missing from the public washroom beside the gym. No pool or hottub. The breakfast that was offered was in poor condition. Stale bread and bagels. The hot water was coffee flavored. The fan in the bathroom of our room was very loud.

There were some issues with the room. Overall it was clean, but: 1) in the shower the showerhead had a substantial leak, so someone had draped some small towels over the showerhead. This wasn't a new issue since the ceiling above it was peeling and in need of repair 2) the television did not work. We called the front desk, who rebooted the system but he didn't stick around to see if it was working... it never did. 3) the door had to be tugged closed to ensure that it was locked. If you just closed the door normally, the lock didn't engage and anyone would be able to push on the door to gain entry.

It was fine. Certain aspects of the hotel are grungy. Needs new carpet and baseboards.

The bed had curly black hairs, we were given another right away but when looking around we noticed it was dingy and not very clean.

Good highway stop. Clean, spacious rooms. Efficient check in and check out.
