A/C was very loud and the humidifier was also really loud. Everything else was good.

The room had a broken thermostat on the wall, the jet tub had dirty jets, the bathroom door was dirty, the smoke detector hung from the wall. The breakfast was all Cold and really not what we expected.

Great hotel for the money ;)

The only problem we had was finding the place. Edmonton is full of streets/avenues and my GPS would not pick up the avenue side. Got lost and with so many road closures and one way streets we were in big trouble for a couple of hours. Also Hotel doesn't have any street numbers that you could see. Went by it several times, but the place was superb. Much greater value than the hotels in Banff where they were a real rio off as far as we were concerned.

The staff were helpful and fine, but the hotel definitely needs maintenance. The hotel needs a complete renovation, and the rooms need at least a good scrubbing. There were marks that could be removed with a magic eraser. Just that extra little touch would help make the place more comfortable and welcoming. The staff were helpful and the place was mostly quiet, and it's in a good location too.

The hotel was clean quite place to rest and obtaining a meal easy restaurant right there

The stay was satisfactory overall. However, the breakfast fell short of expectations. Apart from that, everything else met the standard.

Our room was filthy. From unwashed bathroom, to a dead insect in the fridge and unclean linens. The drywall had several holes and one quite large where the door handle had smashed through the wall and was left gaping. TV remote did not control the tv. Toilet seat was broken off the toilet and just left in place, so you went for a ride if you sat down. We asked for another room and the second room was a little cleaner with clean linens but still lots of drywall damage and dirty spots in the bathroom. Will never stay here again.

This property isn't up to the usual Prestige quality

Helpful and friendly staff. Waterslides are only open 4-8PM. My kids were disappointed when we tried to use them in the morning.

Another great stay

There could have been more attention paid to the continental breakfast stations and the elevator broke down which made our checkout difficult as we have mobility issues. The staff did offer help which was appreciated

Excellent hotel, we stay here whenever we end up in kamloops for appointments or pleasure. The rooms are always clean and the AC always works in every room. The only thing they could do better, and I keep telling the front desk, is to add a waffle or pancake machine for a better breakfast. Toast and yogurt gets tiring to start your day traveling.

Honestly was not the best hotel at all. Things were broken in the room. And then the morning we were getting ready a house keeper didnt knock just walked into the room as we are still in the room getting ready.

They gave away our room to someone else. Had to stay in a lesser room. And gave us 20 dollars off. Wow. What's the point in booking 3 month in advance. And called to confirm reservation. Made due for the one night but would not recommend.

Room was fine but the pictures online showed a hotel and pool, neither of which were there. they made us pay full price for amenities that they did not have. Will not return

Prestige should rethink having their name attached. It’s not up what we expect at a Prestige. The room is well worn. However the staff was obliging, and polite. The two adjacent locations make it confusing. The Prestige is a larger modern building, while the Prestige Aberdeen(where we were booked) is an older, a bit run down, and not what we expected.

Great place to stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.. Room was comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. The hallways and stairwells could use a good cleaning. Lots of paint chipping and minor cosmetic repairs needed. Basic continental breakfast, but enough to get the day started.
