Chambre propre et calme, personnel très sympathique et agréable. La chargée de clientèle Leonie qui resemble d’ailleurs à Céline Dion est très serviable. Si vous avez le moindre souci allez la voir et elle réglera votre problème avec le sourire en plus. Sa collègue Sadaf l’est aussi. Restauration très variée pour que tout le monde trouve son plaisir.

As a regular guest i was kindly upgraded to beach view. my only criticism is the food choice isn’t as good as it used to be, a bit samey.

The sea view I ordered was great. Four days of rain, not so much…There are places in the rooms where the hotel is showing its age. I enjoyed the fruit plate brought after checkin. There were special entrees during summer season (fresh pasta, sushi) but nothing during this winter visit. The Starbucks in the patisserie is rather expensive and was always empty during my visit, but it was quite busy when it opened during my April visit. I’ll be back next summer or fall, I’m sure!

Yes,my room was always clean.Staff very friendly,.The all inclusive hotel to them means all inclusive. Great variety of international dishes.I also used the Spa Services, and it was a great experience. My 3rd times back within 2 years,and I will keep coming back.Thank yo everyone at Megasaray West Beach Hotel.

The bar was stocked, the room was clean, and we could not leave the window open because of airpollution. Staff was nice, the restaurant was open almost all day food variety could have been better.

Nice enough room and facility. An inefficient and not terribly friendly check-in experience. Nowhere to park your car temporarily out front while you unpack your bags and check in.

Ein wirklich hervorragendes Hotel! Megasaray überzeugt auf ganzer Linie: sehr sauber, großzügige Anlage, ausgezeichnetes Essen und ein extrem freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel, alles ist bestens organisiert. Der Service ist auf hohem Niveau, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Excellent hotel. We had a family stay for a week. The location is great with beautiful Konyaaltı beach nearby for walks. Rooms are spacious and if the hotel is 5* the staff are 6*. Food was great from quality to quantity to variety. Definitely recommended.

Das imposante Hotel liegt direkt an der sehr schönen Strandpromenade von Antalya-Konyalti, nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und bietet eigentlich alles, was man von einem 5-Sterne Hotel erwartet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, die All-inclusive-Verpflegung ist ausgezeichnet und mehr als reichhaltig. Zudem ist die Lage optimal, um Ausflüge zu den zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu nehmen. Es gibt sogar eine geräumige Tiefgarage für Gäste, die selbst mit dem Auto anreisen.

Melhor lugar para passar a lua de mel em Antalya! Ficamos hospedados lá no início de dezembro e foi incrível. Ambiente moderno, bem decorado, muito limpo e em frente ao mar. A equipe ainda nos fez a gentileza de dar flores e chocolates, nos parabenizando pelo nosso casamento. Ficamos em outros hotéis durante a lua de mel na Turquia, passando em Capadocia e Istambul, mas o MegaSaray de Antalya foi o melhor de todos. Recomendo muito!!!

Amenities and entertainment. There is not a lot to do the entertainment was quite poor. The salad bar and deserts were fab main food not so good same old same old. Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Room was great and clean. Would not return in winter.

Poor entertainment on offer. We stayed over Christmas. Nothing on offer food relating to this. Definately evening entertainment not befitting a 5 star hotel. Very noisy. Overcrowded breakfast and evening meal facilities. Staffing mainly very young and not attentive. Some good examples. Generally hotel very noisy and lacking atmosphere

Yes bar well stocked. Couldn’t get WiFi in room so had to go to reception and get two new cards as system had changed. No uk tv to watch, was told again new system. No menus for bar drinks only to use the bar code, new menus coming! Entertainment very poor especially the quiz night. Considering it was Christmas Day nothing related to Christmas just a very boring quiz
