The breakfast wait staff were extremely problematic- they didn’t greet customers in a timely way, they ignored customers and dawdled taking orders. The breakfast itself was delicious- marred only by the experience front of house!

Zimmer nicht sauber, besonders dort wo man es nicht sieht. Blick aus Zimmer 117 schrecklich, nicht alle Zimmer saniert, aber die Preise sind gleich

We loved sitting in the lobby waiting to meet up with family. And the food was delicious. But the staff was exceptional. They were very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable (I was traveling with my 91-year old mother). And she cannot wait to go back next year!
