Room was not very large but packed in kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with small veranda with view over the nature reserve opposite. Staff were welcoming enthusiastic and very helpful they made the stay so good. The roof top bar was good to sit in the sun although the bar only serves in the summer.

En general la estancia estuvo bien, habitaciones amplias, sencillas. El mayor pero es el aislamiento acústico entre habitaciones, cuando el de la habitación de al lado hablaba por teléfono oia perfectamente la conversación.

Great staff at both shifts of the reception. Very empathetic, comunicative and helpful.

Wonderful hotel beautiful coastal scenery. Unfortunately we only stayed one night as off to the ferry the next day but will return next year and stay for a eeek to fully explore walk the coastal routes.

Wifi & TV not working ,thin walls and very noisy certainly not worth the price.

Bien comunicado, a 1,5km está la línea nº2 de autobús que te lleva al centro de Santander si te sacas la tarjeta del bus te sale a 35 céntimos el viaje

Hotel excelente em todos os aspectos. O quarto foi excelente, grande e com poltrona e sofá. Recepcionistas muito atenciosas e sempre com sorriso no rosto. Para não dizer que tudo foi perfeito, a toalha de banho era pequena.

El hotel tiene un bar debajo y tenian la musica a tope hasta las 3am…tubimos que cambiar de habitacion y como se les habia estropeado el aire acondicionado en una ala del hotel solo pudimos ir a una habitacion individual…

El servicio de habitación no repuso en ninguno de los días de estancia gel , champú y etc . Poco cuidado en hacer la limpieza de habitaciones , ruido constante, golpes que no te dejan descansar .
