Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Mermaid resort. Var overrasket over, at blive mødt af en dansk manager, det var nu meget hyggeligt. Vi havde booket 2 værelser: 1 standard og 1 pool suite. Standard havde en fin størrelse, pool suiten var stor. Alt var rent, pænt og velholdt- lidt sjovt, at man skulle hænge skilt ud, hvis man ville have gjort rent, men ikke noget problem. Wifi virkede godt/hurtigt både på værelserne og i restaurantområdet. Hotellet ligger lidt væk fra "havnen" op ad hovedgaden, det betyder, at der kommer en del trafik forbi, og det larmer lidt. Men værelserne er godt lydisolerede så vi sov fint. Personalet er virkelig søde og venlige og maden er god! Jeg savner stadig min "Egg Benedict" til morgenmad. Kan klart anbefale at prøve både pizza og bøf. Kommer vi tilbage til PG bor vi gerne her igen.

Super nettes Hotel. Große, saubere Zimmer, eine schöne Anlage, ein großer Pool und das Personal ist total nett.

Both the room and the pool are very clean. The staff are very kind. The pizza is so delicious. I can't forget Andreas' favor. Ten years ago. Even now. I'm so satisfied.. Hope there soon .

Absolut fantastisk sted og have 4 gode dage. Service i top - maden i top - der mangler ikke noget her.

This resort ticks all the boxes for me being a solo traveler. Very clean, better than average facilities, super comfortable rooms. The restaurant is terrific for simple meals and snacks. The staff here are extremely attentive and so friendly. This place will always be my choice when in this location.

Amazing stay. Quality property with amazing and caring owners that take great care of their staff and property. Clean, cared for and pleasant..welcoming. A top notch must stay in Puerto Galera. The food is outstanding. Ill be back.

Good value and friendly staff. Limited options for vegetarians on the menu however, that’s same for P G in general. That said, expanding the vegetarian options reflects contemporary trends. Rooms are very clean, would book it again.

Extremely well maintained, clean. Diving is also same quality- excellent and discounted for hotel guests. Joy from hotel staff was extremely responsive. Anthony, dive master, is one of a kind.

The staff here are very helpful. They will answer all of you questions and help you arrange transportation and ever help you go to the clinic if you need it.

We had a great time staying here. It was my first time in Puerto Galera and when I come back again this will be my first choice of hotel. The location is great and staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

The Staff and management are wonderful. The room is great for the area and it is on par with the top hotels in the area. The only downside I can say is that smokers in others rooms cause the small to go into your room. Apparently my clothing absorbed the smell and it stunk up my suitcase that had to be dealt with when I got home. I will still be back and I recommend it to everyone!
