Rooms were comfortable, the entire property is well maintained, and the location is easily accessible. This is one of our top choices for Red Deer hotels.

Air conditioner was very noisy. No water when we arrived tired and wanting to shower. Elevators were very dirty.

Our stay was for two nights and had a very excellent stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was organized and the food was good and had a different variety of main servings every morning. Our room was clean and very spacious with a mini fridge and microwave which was handy to have. The only negative was that the A/C was very loud so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Room was clean and well supplied, pool and hot tub area had plenty of towels, did seem like one piece of gym equipment wasn’t functioning, breakfast was great!! Only issue we had was finding somewhere to deliver food, as it was a little later.

One of the best hotels Ive stayed in this past year.

This was an excellent hotel stay. Staff, room, and amenities were all excellent. Loved the full size toiletries in the bathroom because I never like bringing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion. So that was great. And the bathroom was CLEAN. I have a thing about hotel bathrooms - but that’s just me. 😆 The ONLY thing I did not enjoy about the hotel was they used disposable plates/cup, and plastic cutlery during breakfast. In an age where everyone is trying to be more environmentally responsible, it was surprising. But yes I would stay here again.

Great staff working Sunday evening June 21. Great breakfast, best one in a very long time. We will be back!!
