Convenient location. Beds comfortably. Breakfast not great.

Good but only one pillow each no extra pillows in room also they don’t validate your parking ticket so it’s not £10 a night you pay full public price to park breakfast was good staff nice

2 mins from Wetherspoons, decent gym would be made better by a bench.

Ideal hotel, central to everything in Aberdeen staff were lovely and hotel room was clean. Lovely reception area with a nice atmosphere to relax at.

Staff was nice. Breakfast not impressing at all. Keycard stopped working four times during a five night stay. Cleaning of the room below average. Two times a used spoon was just put back in place without being cleaned. Some black mold in bathroom.

Fint hotell med meget god frokost. Veldig sentralt plassert med flere gode restauranter i nærmiljøet. Litt hard seng etter min smak og manglet kjøleskap på rom.

Yet another fantastic stay. Wonderful staff and rooms.

It was amazing.

Hotellet ligger ideelt til, med tanke på shoppingtur. Flere gode restauranter i kort avstand fra hotellet. Hyggelig personale som jobbet på hotellet. Frokosten kunne vi stått over, og heller tatt noe å spise på de koselige kafeene i byen i stedet.Reiser gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet.

Third of fourth time staying and by far the worst. The rooms either roasting or cold.. the heating constantly creaks cause it's cooling down or heating up.. the extractor fan doesn't go off in the bathroom, smell of dampness in the actual shower and the lift doesn't work to my floor.. hairdryer in room not working, tea and coffee station not refilled. Was happy when checking out earlier than expected.

Nothing to report of any consequence

We booked a room but were upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. We were celebrating a birthday so the hotel very kindly laid on some lovely cakes for us in the room. The suite was roomy, comfortable and well appointed. A USB point would be a good edition to the room. Fresh water was supplied and despite being city centre the room was quiet.

Staff great. Room had issues and required obvious maintenance before i arrived. Sharpe exposed floor tile edges/corners Room was cold and remained cold even though high temp being called for on controller. TV had no reception, all channels pixilated. I expect it will be sorted as staff were good.

Two nights out with friends made it worthwhile to stay in town. Great central location and met every need for a comfy and convenient bed for the night.
