Very happy with this motel. Staff were fabulous. Special mention to Joseph. Room very clean. Extremely comfy bed and modern bathroom. Breakfast was also very good ..... lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Had a very comfortable stay. Quiet and clean. The family room was 2 ajoined rooms and I appreciated that there were separate beds for my kids. Only problem was the walk in shower didn't drain well and flooded the bathroom and hall after less than 5 minutes. Apprently this is a common problem and the staff just gave us extra towels to clean up the water that overflowed.

It's a hotel under construction, lots of dust and tons of art work all over the place, but not hung up. A very kind staff and the breakfast was next level! Good and easy location! Easy access to everything!

Friendly hotel just a few minutes walk from Porte Du Namur metro station, it was ideal for a short break while exploring Brussels, breakfast was good here too.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful - if you get the right room. First I got a room in the basement which was awful, but I asked to switch and got a beautiful room with amazing view. The hotel all in all is great, but it's a bit strange they had the same price for such different rooms. The ones in the basement should be half price.

Cosy property and helpful staff. The area around the hotel felt unsafe for travellers in the evening.

I use regular hotels, based on convenient location (work or evenings out). It was my first stay there, owing to my regular hotels being full or too expensive that week, but was very close to the metro and the 71 bus, so that was good. Staff were very friendly, all of the time. Room was quite large, but I would have liked more desk space (very cramped) and additional power sockets. Not good when trying to use a laptop. wi-Fi was excellent. I really appreciated the fridge and kettle (with supplies) in the room, and the free coffee downstairs. The lift was fine, but the stairs where too narrow and sharply curved for me so I only used them once. I am very tempted to stay again, but location means getting out of bed 25 minutes earlier for work, and that is a big ask!

I have stayed in this premisses before but this time it was awful. The shower didn't work, the hairdryer didn't work, the toals had other peoples plasters. This was not a welcome stay at all

Vi var tilfreds det meste af opholdet, i havde et problem med mug på vægen og at vinduerne blev så duggede at hele vinduskarmen sejlede i vand. Eller god morgen mad og hyggeligt hotel. Vis man har planer om at købe en vin og dele på hotellet, vælg en vin med skrige låg for de har ikke vin åben er😂

Wonderful stay, excellent staff, convenient location

Cet hôtel est très moderne et bien situé dans une rue calme entre la chaussée d'Ixelles et l'avenue Louise. Le stationnement est assez simple grâce au parking Toison d'or juste à côté de l'hôtel.

The room was a little bit noisy but further more the hotel was clean, fully equipped and in a perfect location.

Great location. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Also good that we could pay for breakfast on place.

Overall good experience, reception staff very friendly, beds we soft and nice, temperature control in room. Large room, could use more table space. Missing one bedside table. A bit grimey in the shower, didn't drain for first 2 nights. Staff did quickly remediate. Toilet was a bit to eco which defeated the purpose. Had to flush 10 times to make anything happen...maybe. Didnt refill soap or in room coffee. Location is very good, would stay again.
