The hotel facilities were good, but the service at the bar was disappointing\. We were repeatedly ignored, even while standing directly in front of the waiter and trying to get his attention\. Although the bar was busy and he appeared to be working alone, he immediately noticed us when we decided to leave and asked us to sign the bill\. This made us feel that he had seen us all along but had simply chosen to ignore us\.

Great location, clean room

This property was clean and the bed was comfortable. My room faced the courtyard, which let in a lot of light and had the benefit of being quiet. The room was large, with a desk, safe, and small refrigerator. The only negative I had was that the lobby had a very strong smell of cleaning product. Thankfully the room had no smell at all, which was great. The breakfast is fantastic. And the location is wonderful - close enough to everything to easily walk to the sites, but just far enough removed to not be noisy. If I were to come to Dresden I would stay here again. And when I go elsewhere I'll check out the NH Collection if it's available.

O ar condicionado não funcionou desde a minha chegada no hotel até a minha saída, e não resolveram a situação, apesar dos meus vários pedidos. Reservei um hotel em Dresden para passar a noite, mas no final não consegui dormir.

Mi experiencia fue muy bastante lamentable. Queda bastante lejos de las atracciones principales de la ciudad(50 minutos caminando), no se llega directamente si no que hay que esperar a una van que te lleva a la punta de un cerro que no es atractivo. Los I-Phone tienen problemas para usar el internet disponible y nadie es capaz de ayuda a solucionar. Las personas que arrienden en el front desk no truene actitud colaborativa. Para nada recomendable.

My room was very large and well equipped. My room and all parts of the hotel were well presented and clean. The reception and catering staff were very obliging and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes and drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is located close to historic portion of the city and major shopping areas. However, the area itself is very quiet, not a lot of happeninng around. The heart of the city is located across the river in the hipster area that also has more authentic restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean, but bathroom is small comparing to the size of the room. Waiting staff at the brekfast restaurant is not helpful, most of them will not stop by to assist you. Finally, beware of the so called "coupons" that you are given if you skip the room cleaning during your stay. They entitle you to bare minimum.

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Man hört die Kirchenglocken, dass war uns vorher klar und hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Speise-und Getränkeauswahl war toll und sehr lecker. Besonderen Dank an den sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Barkeeper!
