Everyone was incredibly helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room was small and there was no shelving or drawers to unpack a suitcase. The one chair was situated in the closet which we had to move to open the suitcase rack. All that said, the location was great with choices of patisseries, restaurants and shopping for necessities. A metro stop was just outside the door.The staff were friendly and helpful. Next time I would book a larger room.

Average hotel and rooms a bit dated. Sustainability is mentioned in terms of giving you a refillable water bottle but then the room doesn't come with mugs and guests must drink a cup of tea out of a tiny disposable cup. Curtain is coming off the rail. Our room was an unusual layout being wheelchair accessible. Lobby is not welcoming at all.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The rooms at the Mercure hotels are becoming very basic and not very welcoming. No pictures, very white and lacking in a feeling of comfort. Too much like Ikea; very minimalist. Not my look!

A lovely hotel in a cozy neighbourhood, I always stay here when I am in Paris.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja kaikki sujui hienosti. Hotelli on pieni ja rauhallinen, vaikka onkin vilkkaalla alueella. Huone vastasi sitä mitä kuvissa mainostettiin ja oli sopivn tilava. Lähin metroasema sijaitsee ihan vieressä ja on siis helppo kulkea kaikkialle.

Friendly staff and great location for the 11th, also right next to the Metro. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. We extended our stay and would stay here again.

Hôtel was in a great area with so much to do and we were able to get there on foot. The hotel room was spacious and clean and the staff were so pleasant and willing to help in every way.

Hôtel très sympa à Paris , personnel très accueillant, quelques chambres mériteraient un peu de rénovation notamment ses prises de courant . Metro a quelques pas de l hôtel.

Chambre propre, et bien isolée soniquement. Beaucoup de pression dans la douche, ce qui est top. Le lit est un peu dur à notre gout.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. We booked the prestige room and it was spacious enough for a one week stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice, safe neighborhood. Steps from the Voltaire metro station. We'll definitely want to stay there again
