Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants in Cotton Tree and Maroochydore beach. Room was fine. Could do with a refresh. My biggest disappointment was being charged above the final price shown by Expedia, for a child, who was listed on the original booking.

On the surface it looked ok but it does need TLC.

Very nice unit, in prime location but lacking many features. The kitchen was pretty new, very compact but lacking glassware and utensils. The so called Queen bed was terrible!, I have to chock the wheels to stop it from moving. The top mattress was badly worn and we could not rest at all during our stay. Sadly, the small couch in the living room was not very appealing either, with soiled armrests and pretty small to sleep on it. That was our experience in Unit24.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and well appointed.

Wifi didn’t work. Fan in bedroom didn’t work. TV only worked reliably on free to air. Bed was uncomfortable. Only air conditioner is in lounge

We didn’t see staff at reception but I called the phone number twice and Karan was very helpful. Clean facilities, close walk to the ocean.

Everything looked and felt very tidy and cosy, awesome getaway for my now fiance's and I's 2 year anniversary!

Comfortable bed, clean rooms. Everything we needed for our stay. Fully equiped kitchen. Great position and views. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely room, recently refurbished on 2nd Floor. Good location within walking distances to shops, surf club for meals and coffee shops. Only one minor fault, reception closed most of the time so communication can be difficult. When checking in had to access a key safe for unit keys. Other than that all good.

The couch in the lounge needs replacing foam cushions have lost there support . Inside frige door is broken. Needs a small coffee table in front of couch to put your coffee or tea on Floors need cleaning . My wife walk around in white socks and they were filthy are just one day

Property a bit tired from last time we stayed! Close to everything. Needs a bit of updating!

The room was comfortable and clean. My only negative was that I couldn't get any internet in the room.

Had a fantastic stay! Karen was excellent, so kind and accommodating, apartment was great, location is perfect. Can’t fault it. Definitely will be back!! Thanks so much for making my visit so enjoyable

This property is conveniently located near many dining options and shops. It overlooks a beautiful park with gorgeous views of the Maroochy River at sunset.
