Cama horrível e com coberta pesada que tive que solicitar a troca depois de uma noite inteira sem dormir...a recepção me atendeu prontamente...só que não tinha canas separadas, infelizmente.

Personal amable

Affordable hotel. Next to U-Bahn station. Couple of stops to Alexanderplatz. Room was clean. Free tea/coffee and water station outside breakfast service was good. Staff helpful. Decor not very inviting. Room felt functional and not at all comfortable.

Excellent location to get public transportation for anywhere. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Room 412 is a U shaped room with wrap around windows. Odd sink and shower in the bedroom and it’s tight. I would stay again.

Great hotel, centrally located, with most things within walking distance and a metro stop right outside. Nice that you can also rent bikes there. Breakfast is above average, rooms are basic but fine. There’s quite a bit of street noise, so you’ll need to sleep with the windows closed, but since there’s air conditioning you can keep that on at night if it’s warm.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. The guys at tge reception were very good.

Zimmer sind klein aber funktional und sauber. Die Lage ist toll mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und Bars in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. ÖPNV Verbindung ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Location is loud Check in and check out was a painful arduous ordeal. I booked and paid for breakfast and by the last day they were convinced i was not entitled to breakfast until i whipped out the receipt as proof. Even though i paid at check-in, they charged additional fees at checkout which should have been communicated and charged at check in. Stains in room and long hair in bathroom. Unfriendly staff Worst hotel I've stayed in, in a long time and by far the worst I've stayed in in Berlin

Nice people at the reception, nice breakfast, nice lounge where drink a coffee and plan the day or recharge.

Godt hotel centralt i det tidl. Øst-Berlin. Masser af seværdigheder, restauranter og oplevelser i nærheden. Vi kommer gerne igen.

The staff were great!! They were extremely helpful with anything that I needed. The hotel and room were very clean, and the surrounding areas had cafes, shops, dining. Just one thing, it would have been nice to have even a small closet in the room. thanks for a great stay.
