Breakfast has everything. Staff is helpful and rooms are clean.

No hot water for a shower Friday morning and limited parking as the parking lot was flooded. Stained comforter and the wheel was broke off the cot which made it unusable

The bed was clean, unfortunately just a little soft for my back. There were two incidents where somehow the deadbolt locked after we left the suite. Not sure how that happened and the staff could not explain it either. The did respond quickly and got us back in our room when the issue was identified.

The room was in good condition, it was just too warm even with the temp turned down to 60.

This hotel is hit or miss. Sometimes the room is perfect, sometimes the blankets are torn, the shower has no pressure, or the water doesn't drain properly, but the room is usually quite clean. For what is in the area I'd recommend staying here as the location seems a bit safer than other options.

The room was ok. The taps were leaking on both sinks all day/night, In the bathroom and in the kitchenette area. There was a hole in the bed spread on one of the beds. The breakfast was alright if you didn’t mind the cold ham and scrambled eggs there was no microwave to warm them up either. The hotel did not have any complimentary bottle water nor did they have any water for purchase at this location. All they had was bottled orange crush and some energy drinks. And no snacks available in house. Had to leave hotel to get water and food for my kids. By far, not my greatest stay at a hotel.
