Beautiful clean hotel very spacious rooms comfy bed great shower and mini bar only downside for me was no bacon at breakfast but the selection was still very nice, 36 euro just for the dog to stay with us one night was a bit harsh and i thought id paid for it on arrival check in but was asked on checkout to settle it. But on the whole would stay agian as its a great big hotel and the little town with bars and restraunts is just around the corner ,and the hotel bar is good and the bar staff are nice guys who served us as we enjoyed a glass of wine on the hotels patio.

Great hotel, spacious room, clean, friendly staff.

Malheureusement nous avons pas été très bien reçu par le monsieur à la réception, il avait des cheveux gris et une chemise blanche. Il a fallu lui dire que nous étions VIP par Expédia. Pas de sourire, pas très aimable. Finalement nous avons été surclassés et reçu un escompte de 20 pour-cent au restaurant. Par la suite, tout a été bien, le restaurant pour le soir très bien, et le personnel très gentil. Bon séjour.

Beautiful area close to palace - AC did not work too well and so room was hot

Very good, not very modern but good enough I was in the lower ground so not a lot of light.

Fabulous stay both bed, bedding lovely and soft and such a variety available at breakfast. Staff are excellent . We enjoyed our stay

The location is amazing and the quiet is just what I needed.

Everygood

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was wonderful, parking was easy, gym was small but sufficient. The town of Aranjuez was beautiful and a joy to explore. Our only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock but that is also personal preference.

Hotel is very nice, close to the Royal Palace. We had a problem with the room safe (battery had run down) but this was fixed within minutes by a very nice hotel employee. Very impressed by the staff friendly and efficient.

A little expensive

Heel mooi hotel. Service is goed; in- en uitchecken verliep vlot en plezierig. Prachtige, comfortabele kamer en badkamer. Restaurant vonden wij iets minder. Beperkte kaart, geen bier van de tap, geen Irish Coffee, matig!

Está bastante bien. No excelente.
