2 night stay in the hotel was excellent! Great hairdryer, mini fridge with complimentary water and shortbread, soft robes and slippers, ironing board, fan and extra heater. Leisure centre was lovely and only a short walk from the hotel, with a lovely pond and outdoor seating too. The whisky bar/gatehouse bar had a great selection of drinks and food was excellent (you can also order this to your room which came super fast) Anna at reception was extremely friendly and helpful Great location for nearby towns/cities and lots of walking spots

Amazing first time stay at Duchally. We can't wait to come back. There was a mix up with our lodge type initially but this was quickly rectified by Sarah. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was so good.

The on site lodges give a great hybrid option - hotel amenities and services, but with your own 2, 3 or 4 bedroom lodge to stay in (including with dog if need be). A bit like self catering, but much better (and all the essentials included on your arrival, so none of the self-catering hassle!). Restaurant good, breakfast too expensive so suggest self catering for that part, swimming and activities all great. Stunning location. Thoroughly recommend.

Internet was horrible. water leaked in kitchen sink windows did not close right so place was cold

The main hotel is a little tired. The tv didn’t work and when tuned it was poor to Terrible reception.

It was difficult to heat and lack of hot water.

We stayed in one of the lodges and it was fantastic. Really well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. We had a baby with us, so had planned to get takeaway meals from the kitchen, but unfortunately they don't offer that anymore, but that was the only downside to our stay, everything else was perfect.

Everything was excellent Reception staff were warm, friendly and very inviting. Cottage was clean tidy and warm All restaurant staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful.

Lovely setting in a stunning countryside, with beautiful walks.

Traveling on bussiness with no time to enjoy the premisses, but the Bar staff and atmosfere was great.

Love going to Duchally. My husband and I go regular. Staff area all fab. Feel now could do with a wee update in the lodges. But always immaculate

Likes - staff. Dislikes - bar looked run down needs reupholstered. Chair fabric ripped. Looks like it needs a good deep clean. Tables scratched badly. Lodge 701 Took over 24 hours to heat up, tiny electric heaters on full. Maintenance team very helpful but did admit it will take 24 hours to heat up no matter what lodge we use. Had to sit in jackets for the day. Ensuite bathroom has mould in the shower and extractor fan. Paint coming off walls. Windows do not close properly. 2nd bathroom has mould in the extractor fan. Paint coming off walls. Bedroom - mattress needs replacing can feel all the springs. Window does not close properly. Would not recommend lodge 701 at all.
