雖然很方便但沒枱沒雪櫃，經常容易撞到頭，樓底非常低， 另加的摺床非常之唔舒服，夾硬兩人房睡三個人，房內通風也很差，在三樓拿行李喼的會非常痛苦，看不到外面景，早餐很好吃，地理位置不錯

The facilities for old people are terrible. Stair and no safety bath tub. The rate was expensive for the room.

Muss man mal gesehen haben. Tolle Stadt, tolle Unterkunft.

Hotel is rated average for me their are no staff present except in morning plastic chairs and no elevator there are many hotels to choose from I would not stay again

It was clean, everything was functioning well. There is someone at the reception in the morning. There were four loud partying guest upstairs. My son tried to negitiate with them to be silent at around midnight. Without success. Help from the receptionist would have come handy, if there had been one! The telephone number, that was to call, didn't answer late at night. So my son didn't sleep.

Very nice boutique hotel. Private breakfast in terrace overlooking the castle. Beautiful. The only con is the shower in one of the rooms- not easy to fit.

Hervorragende Lage mitten in der Altstadt; da diese jedoch quasi autofrei ist, muss man das Gepäck über Kopfsteinpflaster zum Hotel rollen - ein Gepäckschubwagen steht allerdings im Hotel bereit. Das Hotel ist sauber und hat einen schönen Innenhof mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Unser Zimmer war nicht groß, aber groß genug, es fehlten lediglich genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, dafür war der Balkon wunderschön. Schrecklich waren die Betten: Lattenrost aus ungefederten Brettern und einer durchgelegenen Matratze, durch die man die Bretter auch spüren konnte. Durch eine zusätzliche Zudecke wurde das Bett viel besser. Dusche in Badewanne. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher kärglich, nur eine Sorte Marmelade, dafür aber Eggs und Sausages sowie andere Wurstformen, zwei Sorten weiße Brötchen, dunkles Brot mit Kümmel, Toastbrot. Jeden Tag andere Kuchen zum Nachtisch. Frühstücksraum war ein umgebauter Keller mit Ambiente. Personal war englischsprachig und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, allerdings nur vormittags da, erreichbar aber rund um die Uhr per Telefon. Parkgebühr zusätzlich etwas über 5 Euro pro Fahrzeug auf einem von drei frei wählbaren Parkplätzen am Rande der Innenstadt, die man mit der Karte allerdings problemlos jederzeit befahren und verlassen konnte. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel trotz Mängeln weiterempfehlen.

Hotel is located in the center of this lovely old town in an old building with modernly furnished rooms and offers the use of the garden as well. Reception desk times are limited but not really a problem as the keys are kept in a safe on the wall.

Lovely place! Clean and fresh

Everything was lovely but just disappointed that there was no air condition, even though it was part of the description and we were there on a very hot day. But besides that it was very clean, staff very friendly. And we were right in the center of town, easy to get around.

Good location on center. Ok reception by phone and key box. No cleaning up of the room during stay. Chaotic breakfast room: too many guests at a time mingling with staff bringing plates and food downstairs.

Byli jsme velice spokojení. Skvělé místo v centru. Příjemný a milý personál. Vše čisté. Krásný balkonek s úžasným výhledem. Malá hezká zahrádka s posezením. I když nikdo nebyl při příjezdu i odjezdu v recepci, tak vše proběhlo bez problémů a rychle, klíč byl připravený a obdrželi jsme i letáčky. Určitě přijdeme znovu, už se těšíme.

Moc se nám v hotelu líbilo. Hotel i jeho okolí na vás dýchne historií. Prostě úžasné.
